Over a year ago, I was forced to vacate my apartment due to black mold, which the management refused to remediate. Multiple inspectors, including city officials, confirmed that management had been painting over the mold rather than addressing the root issue. This negligent practice is not only a breach of duty and lease but also a significant health hazard, causing me severe rashes and illness despite having no known allergies. The city eventually issued a violation after verifying the black mold and ***** infestation I reported. However, prior to this, ***************** engaged in unethical and abusive behavior:They refused to release me from the lease, blaming me and calling me dirty despite clear evidence the mold was the cause of my health issues.**** printed and distributed false eviction notices to intimidate tenants who were lawfully withholding rent.***** screamed at me, denying the presence of mold, despite inspections proving ************ was only after the citys involvement and violation notice that ***************** reluctantly allowed me out of the lease and issued an *******. Prior to this, my concerns were met with threats, insults, and blatant disregard for tenant safety.

I made an agreement to settle a debt with Aliro Reserve, LLC. ***** the Accounts Receivable Manager expressed that she would pull my account from Fair ****************************** (FCO) on July 3rd, 2024 if I paid by July 31st. I provided a Cashier's Check on July 16th, 2024. FCO reported my account as derogatory on July 22nd, 2024 showing $ 0 balance that ended up dinging my credit almost 100 points. ***** claimed she took the account out of collections. I have a phone recording between myself and a manager at FCO, stating that FCO did not purchase my debt from Aliro but because I paid Aliro Reserve directly and not FCO, that they decided to report it anyway negatively impacting my credit. Even though the debt was settled with the original creditor (Aliro Reserve, LLC). FCO does not own the debt and had a contract with Aliro (meaning they were hired and paid by them). I want this off my credit report. This agency has violated my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and has caused me significant harm and distress. Per 15 USC 1692, 15 USC 1691, 15 USC 1681 and CFR 1002.

Im a current tenant at Aliro Apartments. I have been living there since FEB 2023, I started filing Pest control work orders since June and Starting September, the pest controls have been discontinued with no resolution or explanation. We now have a ***** infestation in the buildings and the property management have avoided all calls, emails, notes and requests for a resolution. I've been told to "clean twice as much" my unit to see if that prevents the roaches, "Buy ***** killer" despite paying $10 monthly for pest control. The Property Manager, Gissy, was dismissive and said Roaches are just a normal everyday life thing. I kill an average of ***** roaches in my unit daily. They are in the bedrooms, bathrooms showers and all over the building hallways.

Me and my boyfriend used to lived in a property of Aliro Reserve LLC in ***********, **. called Aliro Apartments at ***** Biscayne Blvd. Although our time living at the property was great, we were left with a bad experience that has yet to be resolved. We moved out of the property at the end of June and we have not received our security deposit back. We have been in touch with them since about a month after we moved out. Aliros management claims they sent our security deposit to a third party company called *************, a company they work with to handle their security deposits. We contacted ************* to get a hold of said deposit and they have not received any deposits from Aliro Apartments with either my name nor my boyfriends name. Later, we initiated an email chain with ************* and Aliros management. In this email chain ************* asks Aliro for a confirmation number of the deposit, which Aliro claims they didnt receive one. The last time I contacted Aliros management I explained the situation after several emails back and forth with the three parties involved and the manager told me that this situation was now between me, my boyfriend and *************. Aliro Reserve LLC must respond to this money because our security deposit checks were made out to Aliro Apartments and NOT *************. It has been 5 months since we moved out and we are rightful to our money. We just want this situation resolved

Last May 1st, Aliro charged me for the full month of May even thought it was supposed to be prorated until May 16th. It's been over two months since May 16th, and I'm still waiting for a refund of $873.40. I have made multiple attempts to solve this issue and they only give me the run-around. Not to mention my security deposit. It took them over a month to give it back, and because I had to put pressure on them with it. This is illegal in the ****************.

I applied to rent an apartment at Aliro and was told I had to pay $150 for an application, which ended up been $155 because of a convenience fee for paying with a credit card. I explained them that because I am retired an still do not get the SS pension, but have enough funds to cover the rent value. I sent them copies of my bank account where I have a considerable amount of money, sent a copy of my tax return showing income of over 3 times the amount required by them. Having told them that, they said I was good to apply. My credit score they requested showed a solid 807. After a quick day review of my application, they decided to deny it. I have been recently approved at another rental Condo, but these people only consider the monthly rental income and not the total income for the year for retired people.I feel they are a machine to rob people with the application fee. Most rental communities refund this fee. They should have told me not to apply if did not meet the monthly income before I applied. Why do they ask for bank statements if they do not take them into consideration?

I am current resident of the Aliro apartments complex in ***********. Although I love the location, the apartments, but I have to admit this complex has an EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and LEASING OFFICE as well. When you have the issue with the amenities /building/laundry/parking/parcel center, 1st) they ignore, 2nd) they treat you like an annoying insect, 3rd) they laugh in your face, 4th) they threaten to call security. Anyway, you won't get the resolution. Any issue escalates to personal altercation.Gissy *********, **************** manager, is never in the office and doesn't responce to emails. Her subordinates are rude and unprofessional. I don't have issues in my apartment happily, yet, but...I have issues with:1) PARKING& TOWING. I paid for registration of my vehicle, didn't get any sign or label, meaning I have nothing to prove my right for parking. The towing guys behave like criminal gang. If somebody for a short visit, be prepared that the rest of evening you'll have to recover your friend's vehicle. There is no clearly specified visitors parking. The management put construction and service containers at the parking lot, that caused reduction of residents parking. The towing guys have their own code of proper parking, if they don't like the way your car parked, although it's right according to DMV rules, they take your car. They can also solicit for cash bribe when you come to recover the vehicle. I heard some residents gor their car towed 7 times! My car was towed 3 times in 2 months 2) cockroaches, 3) laundry that works in 40% capacity for 6 months already, 4) lost parcels (although paying for Luxer solution), 5) elevator doesn't work every weekend, 6) gates that are either broken or you have to wait in line to be let in because the key fob system didn't work,7) didn't provide the key for mailbox, the key fobs were disfunctional.Think well before renting the apartment, the price may be nice, but they make sure you pay extra!
