Aliro is a big disappointment. They advertise luxury but they are not even close to advertise that title. I lived in a studio unit for 4 months, which my dishwasher never worked, my closet door kept falling on top of me, the balcony door had holes all over the frame and no insulation at all, the. AC unit covered in mold and a scary loud noise that was caused by the elevator 24 hours a day. After many visits, requests , complaints and trying to get myself a different unit I was totally ignored by the property manager who definitely does not care about the many issues that property has. They do not recycle , the hallways smells really bad besides is a very unsafe place.

These other reviews are so dead on! Notice the consistency! I wish I could post pics and videos of each building so you can see its throughout the entire property. ***** *********, the disrespectful property manager deserves to be jailed the way she treats tenants, she has personally had them tow my U-Haul as I moving out. Ive seen them tow even the pizza delivery guys on multiple occasions. The elevators are almost always broken. The front gate system too. **** knows you have to stake out for your packages. Ive found dog sht in the washing machine, elevators and lobby. The maintenance workers even complain about the lack of funding for material. I spent 8 months with a bad toilet and 6 years with a damaged electrical socket. This place is a huge scam, i regret every dime spent

Roaches, paper thin walls, broken and out of inspection period elevators, broken entrance doors, gate open overnight so anyone can come in and out, lying leasing agents, incapable service crew, no soundproofing, very unsafe, people coming into your apartment day and night without knocking for pest control or for fire alarm testing.Hiding managers you can't talk to them they hide in the back of the leasing office or they are always in the "meeting".They turn off water very often with no notice of only 30min notice,no hot water all the time, leaky roof, doog p*** everywhere, biggest and worst fraud of them all it with towing company, they work hand in hand with them and they ******** your car for no reason and you will have to go and get it and pay for it and no one will take responsibility. No words to describe this place!!!

Terrible management with lazy employees. They intentionally do not empty their voicemail box so you cannot leave a message. Ive been here for almost a year and its still full. So you have no other choice but to come in person, and thats IF THEY ARE EVEN THERE. I have had a maintenance issue here almost ONCE EVERY TWO MONTHS. I have dealt with a broken toilet, a slight roof collapse, water leaking through the roof that flooded my whole unit, water leakage down the elevator (while I was in the elevator), water leaking through my window, and I AM NOW DEALING WITH A BROKEN *** Please enlighten yourself and look at my attached photos! One thing this place does well is make excuses. The leasing office, who tends to be in the office more because they want more tenants who are willing to sign a lease, wont do anything. The leasing office tells you to go to the maintenance office, which 9/10 is closed or empty. This is all either intentional or, at best, poorly coordinated. What is also funny is the management here will either tell you that youre wrong or instead act in a condescending manner with you, even if you tell them what their employees told you word for word. For example, a maintenance guy tells me he will be back Monday to fix the *** Nobody ever comes. You inform management of this and one of them will try and tell you its hearsay. Let me just put this clown into perspective. I AM A LAW STUDENT IN MY FINAL YEAR. If you want to preach about hearsay, go study it like the rest of us instead of getting your ******* version from some TV show. Its just hilarious how they treat youthe tenant! What I consider the cherry on top of this mess is all these units are renovated poorly. So you will need maintenance repairs REGARDLESS of whether or not you lease a renovated unit. I live in one myself and yet here I am making calls on a regular basis. I also hope you dont mind bugs because theyre practically your free-of-charge roommate! Very disappointing place.
