I went to AAA Radiators And Auto Air Conditioning on 7/11/2023 because my AC was not working in my car. They checked out my car and told me that I had a leak in my compressor and an electrical issue. I was told the compressor would be replaced and electrical issue corrected. I was told the price would be $800. I agreed, paid, and left with working AC in my car. After 2 weeks my AC began to malfunction in my car leading to it blowing hot once again. I brought my car back and was told by the owner, before he even looked at my car, that my car runs hot and that the problem is not my AC but a different issue. I told him my car was not running hot and how could he know that without checking? After looking over my car he told me he saw the problem and said it was the connection. He told me he fixed it but that my car is running hot which is causing the compressor to turn off. He told me they had a mechanic that could look at the car for me and fix the issue. I told him no, and took my car back. I took my car to a different mechanic and was told that the issue was ELECTRICAL and was charged another $450 to fix it. When I went back and checked my receipt from AAA I found that they did not charge me for anything electrical, but did add additional parts to my repair which is why it was $800. They also replaced my compressor with one that was rebuilt and not new without informing me they would be doing that. I want my money returned to me because I was the fourth person that day going in and informing them they did not actually fix my AC and being told something else was wrong with my car and when you look at their ****** reviews theyve run this scam on multiple different people.Business response

Good Afternoon : Sorry to hear what happens to Mr.***** but if you can see on the Invoice it show a 6 months warranty that we offer to all our repairs. Besides that we did fix air conditioning electrical problem and replace the compressor and drier in the car . I don't know what type of electrical issue she has before but we only fix what they need on air conditioning. I cant give them a refund because that is the purpose of the warranty to bring it back to us if is not working. We are more than happy to help them .
