This company, lemon law group lawyers have lied to me the whole time they have convinced me to continue on with my claim even after myvehicle was picked up. I couldve went into the manufacture with *** and got at least my rentals covered and now with them taking their $3000 and leaving with $1000 I will not have my rentals paid. They have switched case manager so much that I dont know who is ever working on my case they refuse to let me speak tothe actual lawyer and I would like to be terminated from me being a client with them and to be able to go to the manufacturer myself *** and at least get my rentals paid. I am getting no money back hardly and Im not gonna have my rentals paid. I do not wanna work with law group lawyers they should not even be an operation. They have caused me to have a nervous breakdown and I was put into the hospital for three days. I do have proof of medical records, and I have proof of discharge papers of why I was in the hospital. They have caused me mental anguish, and they have lied throughout my whole case please help. I agreed to the terms only because I was in the midst of having a nervous breakdown. I have sent them many emails saying that I am not home. I am not happy with the way this case is settled nor am I happy with the fact that I was switched over to case managers, and immediately when I was switch case managers, he automatically wanted to settle the next day. I hired the LemonLawGroupPartners lawfirm to represent my with a ***** Safety Failure for my 2025 Palisade. I took the vehicle back to the dealership and they did not even try to duplicate the issue 3 times. I talked to the Secretary, January 2025, at the lawfirm and she assured me that the TEAM would be in contact with me. I had numerous questions that needed to be answered and legal answers. All of my other contacts with the law Firm were written. I requested over the next 10 days to verbally talk to the Team on most Emails and Case Status App. The team kept on asking for information. I had sent to them or attached to the Case Source App repeatedly. When I sent emails or got a responce back it appeared to be from an AI Bot. I asked numerous times for a return phone call or to answer questions. It never happened. I never spoke to anyone on my TEAM including any lawyer. It was like conversing to a computer in a online chat room. I made any and all attempts to talk to a person about the case, not an AI Bot. Since no one called or contacted me by phone I couldn't get legal questions answered or direction. The lawfirm did nothing in my behalf other then send me meaningless messages. No commitment, no Communication, questions left unanswered, no real involvement. They did nothing for me that I agreed to. I fired them right around the 10 day period. I feel no representation, incompetence, no Communication, no real direction j needed a real lawfirn. I feel they are a farce ran by computers and no commitment to the client. I sent them a Certified Letter, emails to the TEAM and message left on there Case Source App, Your Fired. They did not represent me in any acceptable legal fashion. I owe them nothing. They are a waste of time. I am contacting the ***************************** and ********************* Should I contact the ********************* Office as well? After being sold a "lemon" by Friendship ******* Dealership *********************, I hired Lemon Law Group handle getting my moneys back from *******. I was promised all payments, deposits, car rentals, trade-in values, attorney fees, and ALL ongoing car payments. Then Lemon Law tried scamming me. I was never appointed an Attorney as promised, then they declined on the car rental payments, then we haggled about Attorney fees, then their Manager ***** ******* agreed to me paying only $1000 for Attorney fees; even though there were NO ATTORNEYS involved). I finally agreed to all of this back in OCTOBER 2024!! DJ (posing as an Attorney) has been lying to me and telling me that he is still waiting for ******* Caseworker to reply and forward the check. In addition, the Head Manager conveniently let me know he is no longer with them. So now, with the additional costs of the car payments, ******* NOW OWES ME $20, ******!!! They seem to think this is all a joke. Wrong! ******* has had this vehicle since 2023. Lemon Law is blaming ******* for not getting back to me since October 2024 when finally an agreement was signed. Both parties are stalling and causing me to pay more in car payments and car insurance for a car thats been on ******** lot the entire time.

I hired this Law Firm to complete a Lemon Law Buyback.They have not completed the job using the Indiana Law buyback standards.Every document I have requested has been denied to me, every deadline I have been given has not been met. I was sent to a vehicle surrender with outdated paperwork that if I would have signed I would have lost thousands of dollars. I am now in a situation that I no longer have physical possession of my vehicle due to it being towed to the dealership for the surrender that we were unable to complete because we couldnt sign paperwork that would make us forfeit the settlement we were owed from the Manufacturer. I am nervous about not having physical possession of this vehicle as Im still responsible for the payment, insurance, and condition of the vehicle. I am unable to bring it back home it doesnt start. Today they are still telling me I have to sign that paperwork to close the case but will not provide an updated settlement with the current dollar amounts. They now claim I am holding up the process because I wont agree to sign outdated documents.That paperwork does not meet Indianas calculations of a Lemon Law buyback. They refuse to update the legal documents and bill the manufacturer for all expenses I have incurred like my insurance paid. I am being scammed and have all of the documentation to prove it. I can prove the documentation sent to my surrender with the settlement amount was the settlement amount from 9 months ago and is not current or accurate. I hired the Lemon Law Group Partners to help me get my money back on a car deemed a lemon. The contract was agreed to in February 2024 stating I would have $27,840.35 paid to my loan and the balance of the purchase price by check When ****** paid off my loan, it was less than what was agreed to by contract, $27,840.35, since I had been making payments on the car all along, The actual amount owed on the loan in August 2024 was $25,965.79. I contacted the Lemon Law group who represents me over a dozen times asking them to have ****** pay me the difference which is $1874.56, There is no where else in the contract that I see, that ****** could have added that amount to. I paid the Lemon Law Group to represent me and complete this repurchase agreement. It was never fully completed as I did not get the money I was fully owed. I hired the aforementioned law group on 5/29/24 to facilitate a lemon law case vs. ***. They agreed to legally represent me in my lawsuit to have *** buy back my vehicle. Since the agreement I have had to force all communications. Weeks of emails and phone calls going un-returned (I can provide documentation of this). I have begged to speak with my lawyer numerous times and I have only communicated with him once. Countless errors and inaccuracies were presented to me and I had to correct them. I started law suit with *** 5- 23 ish. I acquired Lemon Law Group partners to represent me. I signed my settlement paperwork March 6 24. Stated clearly on paperwork that It would not take more than 90 days to receive the surrender packet. 145 days later I revisit surrender packet Surrendered vehicle on August 2. Settlement agreement has paid vehicle loan off and attorney fees. I still have not received my *****. It was sent no doubt to the wrong account number on Aug 13 on purpose. It took ten days for me to go get an answer on location of my money. Finally 23rd I was told my settlement was sent They refuse to give me a trace I'd or payment id for the wire transfer. It is now the 26 and no one will answer my calls or emails. I've lost my job... My home... And my vehicle during this fiasco and I can't even get a car or job as lemon law group partners is still holding my settlement and refuse to answer meBusiness Response

There was an issue with the information about the financial institution where the client's money was to be sent. At all times, the client was made aware of the situation and any progress being made. We were looking for help with our car for Lemon Law. This law firm took our case. However, we soon realized something was wrong when we never spoke with an attorney . The solicitation we received stated we would receive guidance throughout the entire process. We signed on and could not speak to an attorney for the past 60 days while our car sat in the shop day after day. The assistant who spoke with us was poorly educated; her emails were riddled with ************, and she could not comprehend basic questions. When the first settlement came in, the lawyer never called us; instead, the assistant did. She discouraged arbitration by telling us it could take way too long. We asked many times for legal advice but never heard from the attorney in over 2 months. Finally, we realized they were not competent, and it seemed there was no attorney on staff as we had called and even asked for the assistant's supervisor - they kept putting her on the phone. We suffered more loss than necessary as my car sat undrivable day after day at the dealer. Emails and calls went unreturned. The assistant kept telling us she wanted paperwork from the dealer, but the dealer had no paperwork as the car could not be repaired. Again, no legal advice or contact from the attorney. We didn't even have the name of the attorney and we were clients for over 2 months! Finally when we terminated them, the same assistant sent us another email that was confusing with grammatical errors. She told us if we didn't continue with their firm we would have to pay the fees. Basically holding us hostage. We had waited 60 days for a lawyer to call us, how much longer could we be expected to wait ? Due to this firm being unable to preform as a law firm, and placing us with an assistant not a lawyer, they have made our unfortunate car lemon situation even worse. There has been no breakdown in communication from LLGP's perspective. Communication has always been open, and the client was not left in the dark throughout any part of the process. LLGP staff kept the client informed throughout and was available to answer inquiries via email and phone call. All email communication with the client from LLGP staff included the client's attorney (both name and email). When the client requested to speak with their attorney, before a call could be scheduled, the client filed the within complaint.
