This law group never returns phone calls and messed up my bankruptcy to now reflect worse on me than before filing. I have spoken with the receptionist if that's what she is for them. The lawyers name is ************************* and I can't even get a copy of my bankruptcy or a decent call back from her to help me understand.

Absolutely atrocious. Contacted this trash PLC to *** the automaker of my lemon. The automobile company just stonewalled and ignored the demand letters and Lemon Law Group Partners just gave up. ********, unhelpful responses from *** my case manager, and at some point, she just stopped returning my emails altogether. Id give them negative 3 stars if I was able. Steer very clear of this sham of a company thats basically just a poorly designed website thats only there to scrape your info. I hope against hope that they respond here so I can copy and paste all the ignored correspondence. STAY AWAY if you have any sense at all.

Horrible they dont care they wont help they dont even wanna try and come to a resolution. This attorney group is the worse I have ever dealt with. I would never ever recommend anyone using this group at all. They scam people out of money I wouldnt even rate them a 1 star

Unbelievable. These reviews are unfortunately accurately. They took my case immediately and after 6 months of sporadic communication they finally told me that they could try arbitration because ******* would not negotiate with them.. But oddly enough, after I made a couple of phone calls to ******* they agreed to buy back the vehicle and also offered a cash option. So a team of professional attorneys unable to negotiate with car company in a 6 month time period? But in 3 days I was able to negotiate a buyback and cash settlement on my own? Not to mention assistant named *********************** was extremely rude and brimming with arrogant disdain... He represents this company quite well. I would suggest looking elsewhere for honest and legal representation.

The worse law firm run from them I hired them 3 years ago they are been canceling my courts days 3 times after 3 years they dont do anything now they decide to not continue with my case after 3 years waste of time, they are the worse.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. In my opinion this firm is only interested in receiving a small response from the car manufacturing companies so they can receive their $2500. They are not interested in litigating a case. My case involved every necessary requirement for a lemon yet they refused to file a claim and they sat on my case for 2 months. All they did was send 2 demand letters which they admitted the car manufacturer was not required to respond. I was required to select one star for my review or it would not be accepted. This firm deserves no stars.

When hiring a lawyer for any type of case I would think communication is an absolute must. This firm, if it really is a firm, is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Zero communication about the case and absolutely nothing is done in a timely manner. I ended up dropping them and finding a different attorney for my case but still doesn't fix the 3 months I wasted with this firm while paying for a vehicle that is 100% inoperable. FYI, if you do email whomever they assign to your case, expect an "out of office" reply. I guess that's to cover them for never responding.

Some of the reviews here dont make any sense to me, as I have an amazing experience with this firm from start to finish. ***** assisted me right from the start and was an incredible pleasure to work with. I was never left in the dark, and she did her absolute best to settle my issue accordingly. I was very pleased with how things went, on the Lemon Law Group Partners end of everything.

I went to a job last year in ******** **** miles from my house and my truck broke down so I had to buy a 2022 ***** Silverado after driving it for 4 months the heater went out so I bought it to the dealership after they took my truck apart they found the problem but gm was not making the parts so after 40 days not having my truck I decided to call the Lemon Law group and they told me dont worry will take care of your problem. I dont have to do anything. Oh, that was a lie after not having my truck for almost 4 months my job ended. So I told the dealership just to put my truck back together so I can go home. The mechanic told me he bent the seals for my heater. He told me it should work for a little bit of time but to get it fixed as soon as possible as soon as I got home, I contacted the dealership here in ******** several times on this matter they told me they will not fix something that is not broken and Lemon Law Group ****** called me up and told me that GM said since I am not responding or trying to get my truck fixed I have to take a very low settlement and ****** at Lemon Law Group knows exactly how many times Ive been calling them up about this matter I even gave her all the information and phone numbers they have not tried calling up the dealership not once now they wont even take my phone calls at the Lemon Law firm. I am so sick and on this matter, and I do not know what to do.

Very disappointed in this lawyer group. They string you in on lies of hope. And than stop communicating via phone and only want to be contacted via email. 1st red flag. They encouraged me to take a ridiculously low settlement. 2nd red flag. And the last thing I am most disappointed in is they told me that I would not win my case if it went to court. Just settle and take what they give you. I LOST money over this group of lawyers. Not worth tour time or energy. Please just go to another lawyer. Youve been warned!!
