I live in Miami and relocating to Raleigh, NC. ****** from Top Moving Inc called me and provided a quote to move my home furniture. She agreed to the list of items over the phone and gave me a quote for $2175.00. Further ****** mentioned she listed all items I mentioned and I should pay 30% as a deposit amount ($652.50) right at that moment to lock the price/to book the truck. She rushed me so much on the same call to pay deposit amount. I didn't received any estimate/quote copy at that moment, rather she sent me a Zillow payment request and rushed me to approve the request first. I didn't get any time even to think and approved the Zillow pay. Later she sent me Moving Estimate link asking us to sign the contract. To my utter surprise, she didn't listed the items she agreed to list over the phone. After looking the wrong list, I didn't sign the contract and asked her to return my call to correct it. Was told movers would arrive 7/31/2021 with 3 movers paid for 8 hours hourly rate. They didn't arrive until 8/1/2021 with only 2 movers and not enough room on the truck. They then proceeded to drive away since there was no room on the truck. This is a breach of contract on their end.Initial Complaint

When I spoke with this company by phone the representative Tysh it was given a price of $ 1225 and in the end i ended up paying $1750 for the move from davie to for fort myers florida .I was not told that they were going to use two companys and 2 days ,so that 's how my belongings were left after these two companies finish the move .I want the money for the damage created for these two companies
