Cozy 1-1 BR Steps from Downtown ********** Check-in ************** 30, 2024 from 16:00 Check-out Sat, Jul 6, 2024 until 11:00 ************ is a complete fraud. My experience was horrible. Never gave me a key fob which is required to access the amenities and elevator. I literally stayed in the room because it was embarrassing having to call the front desk to come and allow me access to leave or come back in the building. Literally to be here in a million dollar Air bnb and not have access to use it is wild. MY EXPERINCE WAS HORRIBLE AND I WONT MY MONEY BACK. The cleaner was at the door at 10:50 to inform me it was time for checko]ut and stood outside of my door - then she came into the room and realized it was already clean because i cleaned prior. She wrote me a note on her cell phone stating it was clean and asked if i would give her a five star review for something she had not dont. The pillows were flattened, i bought new ones, the shower had build up around the shower head, the washer had left over waste in it causing a mildew smell. I literally had to clean it all over again. Yeah the apartment is nice but the access and threats to charge me for a service that i could not use is horrible. NO i hate it. Several people have shared that this is normal behavior yet the host threatens to *** if this the fob and car tag is not left in the apartment.Initial Complaint

I proceeded to rent a unit from We Host through Airbnb. There were various problems, safety and others, present in the location for the moment of arrival :broken locks leading to the street, broken smoke detectors, and lack of advertised essential items. These were all reported to the hosting company WeHost immediately as well as to Airbnb. This involved issues not resolved in a timely manner, evasive communication on WeHost behalf. The next morning again, a water faucet in the kitchen broke which made the units kitchen not available, no water in the unit. In spite of various calls for 8 hours, company was not helpful or informative about a resolution. We had to report this company through various outlets to finally have a handyman come and look at the problem after 8 hours kept waiting with no water in the unit waiting for a response.This company does not provide the service advertised in their listing and is very evasive in their communication. It took Airbnb to contact them throughout that time period consistently for them to respond. It has come to my attention many real estate and short term rentals companies advertising listings and not fulfilling the advertised services leaving tourists stranded, between staying in places with no running water, no refunds to go to a different location, relocating to a working unit, and not attending to the problems reported.
