      This is a skin care business that promises to follow up on complaints and inquiries within 45 minutes. I made a purchase on April 25th. The money was withdrawn from my account immediately. As of today, June 14th, I have not received the merchandise. I have reached out to the fraudulent company multiple times and have had no response back. According to TrustPilot, this is the same for many consumers. The business has nothing but 1 star ratings, all from consumers stating they were scammed out of their money. This company is lying and stealing money.

      I placed and order with Rich and Clear on March 5th and on March 8th I reached out because I never received tracking confirmation after receiving email about it was going to be shipped on that day. I reached out again March 11th, 12th , 14th and was told that they were getting the order together and nothing. I emailed again Apr 10th , 15th and now May 18th and nothing but keep posting that new orders can be shipped within a certain time frame on their Instagram account. How can you possibly give a time frame when people haven't received their products in months.

      I purchased several products ban on 3/1/24. I received a confirmation number and they took the money out of my account. To this day, I have not recieced my order and have emailed, called, and sent social media messages with no avail. At this point, I just want my money back. When I post my bad experience or whenever any one else post a bad experience, they go in and erase them. Please assist . Thank you

      This business refuses to respond to my emails they have not refunded me my money. *** asked them in 8 different emails to planease refund me back my money and they completely ignore my requests.

      I still have not heard from this company about my refund that I requested weeks ago in several different emails.

      I purchased two items om February 27th with this company. I received shipping details on February 29th that it would shop briefly. A week went by, and I contacted the company pertaining when will the item ship. I received a automated email staying my items would ship on March 8th. Today is March 18th, and my items still hasn't shipped nor have I been contacted back pertaining my emails sent I called my bank so that I can try to get my funds back. This company needs to be reporter for the lack of empathy and also stealing.

      I made a purchase on February 4, 2023 order #**** and the initial email said I would receive my order in 8-9 business days which was a lie. I didnt receive another email that my items were out for delivery until March 4, 2023. Upon receiving my package there was note written on the packing slip that read items will ship separately. I did not receive the 2 containers of eczema butter or the soap dish (the mail items I needed). I have sent 5 emails asking for an update on my items or shipping information and each email have gone unresponsive. It is now April 7, 2023, two months after I placed my initial order and I still have nothing. I even reached out on instagram but received no response but the company continued making numerous posts but couldnt respond to any of my inquiries. This is the most awful customer service I have ever experienced. I would like a refund for the products I never received!

      I placed an order on October 30. As of today, December 3, I have not received a shipment notification and any other correspondences form this company. I have sent this company emails regarding my order and even sent them direct messages through their social media pages. I have not receive any responses.
