Pre approved for business credit, Bitty Advance sent pre approved application worth $35,000.00, business applied twice, and Bitty Advance denied approval on both occasions. How is that lawful, Bitty Advance continued to send pre approved emails inviting the business to reapply, when I inquire about previous applications that they sent non approval letters out for, Im faced with silence and unanswered inquiries. Bitty Advance is operating unlawfully, according to Title 15 subsection 1611 false and misleading denial of ones own credit.

We were scammed into taking a Bitty Loan by a 3rd party broker who works with Bitty (this firm is being handled separately). We were assured that our firm was approved for a line of credit and only 4 payments were needed to show a healthy enough pay history for the funding. There was never a line of credit, however Bitty's fault in this is as follows. We were promised that we could pay this obligation off within the first 30 days and avoid remaining interest. This is a lie. We tried to pay it at the end of the month and my funding manager at bitty would not accept the payment. I'm still making these payments on auto draft and no one at bitty will talk to me. They ignore calls, emails, and can even hang up on you. We are paying over 12k in interest on a 16,400$ cash advance that we couldn't even use for the business as its amount was too small to work with. (We do new construction so this amount really achieves nothing). We want the interest paid beyond the first month returned to us. Bitty is not only dishonest and not functioning as a legitimate company, but it also partners with fraudulent brokers who are willing to speak any falsehood in order to sell a bad MCA. Bittys F rating is well deserved folks. Avoid at all costs.

I applied for a line of credit from the business and due to terrible terms, decided not to move forward. I requested that the application be closed out as I no longer wish to proceed expecting not to be contacted anymore. I have told my salesperson 4 times to withdraw my application and stop contacting me, I told general support line twice and replied to emails 2-3 times. This is now to the point of harrassment from the business. I get 2-3 emails per day titled "Urgent - ESign is awaiting your signature." despite requesting many times to be taken off the email list and to be left alone. I believe this type of communication from a business after multiple requests to stop could see a class action lawsuit considering the circumstances. The email does not have an unsubscribe and not a single person is responding to my requests.

I am rejecting this response because: you did not address the fact you had contacted me multiple times after my formal written request to not contact me. This is literally against laws and has led to tons of class actions. What will you do about that?

      Sincerely,

Weve been trying to contact bitty advance about disputes on our account for a month now. Weve been hung up on close to 15 times. Every time we ask for a supervisor we either get Im the manager, there is none, or Ill have them contact you. Have yet to speak with a manager. We tried calling again today and I got yelled at for not identifying myself so I did. I was interrupted 4 times. Then was told I cant speak with you. Its my company and my husband gave them full permission. I asked him to stop interrupting me while I was trying to read them an email from a supervisor and he yelled at me about how I was disrespectful and inappropriate and hung up on **. We called and asked to speak to a supervisor he told me maam I cant speak with you and hung up. Then my husband called again and he lied and said Im the supervisor when he said thats not what the last supervisor said he hung up and blocked our numbers. We can no longer get in contact with them. Ive sent about 15 emails without communication back.

On October 17, 2022, I received a confirmation email from Bitty Advance showing a payoff balance of $1,530. I sent a wire transfer transaction with the amount they confirmed me in the email and I paid $1,530 because I want to close my account with them. After that, I received a letter stating that my debt payoff was $2,987 and the amount of $1,530 was incorrect. But on 10/20/22 I received another email stating that our current balance with them as of today is $1,319, and I have already paid on our advance a total amount of $6,876 so adding both gives us the payback amount which is $8,195. For them, all I have with Bitty is $1,319, also they told me that we are eligible to request additional funding with them. There's a lot of discrepancies and nobody explained me why they changed the payoff amount information after they received the wire transfer. I called them and sent several emails after that. They're constantly sending us emails and calls and nobody resolved our problem. We called ***** ********** and requested a stop payments in the meantime because they constantly tried to charge our Bank account without our consent and before they offer us to fix the problem.Thanks.*********************** *******************************

We took out a loan with this company for 10k, great they approved me and then when we decided to back out they used scare tactics to get you to go through with it by making you feel comfortable but at the same time thinking youre gonna get charged massive fees. I was more than willing to give them their 10k plus $2000 extra to cancel the loan they claim these loans have no interest to keep you awayfrom that word and not scare u even though its like 400% interest, should be illegal!

It is unfortunate that this transaction has turned into a negative experience for both parties.  To be clear, Bitty does not provide loans, we purchase future receivables. The agreement states: "this is not a loan". We've attempted to communicate with you on multiple occasions (6/17/22022, 6/21/2022, 10/21/2022, and even today 11/9/2022) to come to an amicable resolution. Since you have failed to meet the contractual obligations of the agreement, your account has been outsourced to a third-party collections agency: we have sent you the information via email and SMS. If you wish to resolve this matter, please discuss your settlement options with the third-party agency. Bitty can be reached at ************. Thank you

April 2022 ************ just collects your information to sell. They probably doing some type of identity theft with your information they collect. They had the wrong information I provide them with the right information and showed them proof as well. They then decided to change the requirements right then and there. Even tho I still met they requirements they still declined me and when I ask for a reason they declined to answer. The whole process was terrible from beginning to end I encourage you not to do anything with this company nor give them your information for anything

We find your review both false and defamatory. Bitty Advance is proud of the fact that we have helped thousands of business owners obtain the working capital that they need. This is a real and fast alternative to other funding options. Just like any other business owner that we help, it is your choice to use our services. Your application was received and processed and the decline notification was sent to you via SMS and email on 4/8/2022 and verbally provided on 4/11/2022. We wish you all the best with your business.

I was honorably dischaged from the Military 1 August 2020 I started a business. I took a loan from ***** Adavance and paid my payment faithfully. August 25, 2021 I was reinstated back into the Military. I inform ***** Advance by email September 1, 2021 at 21:23 PM via email, Mr. Winston Hutchinson was in receipt of the email. I followed the next day to ensure he understood. Mr. Hutchinson informed me he would notify senior management of my return to thre military, they continued taking the dailey payment on violation of the Military Lending Act which prohibit any payday lending company to do business with a active duty Soldier and prohibit any loan to be extended to a active duty Soldier which interest and fees exceeds 36%. I provided ***** Advance with official Orders. They ignored the orders and my repeated request to reconcile the account. ***** Adavance contract States. "If Future Receipts are remitted more slowly than Buyer may have anticipated or projected because Seller's business has slowed down, or if the full Purchased Amount is never remitted because Seller's business went bankrupt or otherwise ceased operations in the ordinary course of business, and Seller has not breached this Agreement, Seller would not owe anything to Buyer and would not be in breach of or default under this Agreement." On September 8, 2021 at 08:12 I sent ***** Advance a follow -up email to Mr. Hutchison explaining I was not in business anymore, and they had no legal right to continue debiting my account. for $60 a day. Mr. Hutchison apolgized and assured me he would contact the manager again, but they continued to collect. Periodically ***** would send me a text or email, I would immediately call them. Each time they would apologize and tell me to ignore their contact. On Nove17, 2021 I received an email from a Kara Kimble Altus collection agency alleging I owed ***** Adavce $670 and a 5210.00 add on for a total of $5,880.00.
