            I initially entered into a moving contract with ***** *** Lines to move from ** to **. My intake meeting and subsequent QA meeting with ***** had me moving 398 CuFt.I was farmed out to Atlantic Group USA for the actual move and at time of move I had significantly reduced my move by not taking a whole living room set (recliner, chaise, ottoman, ****). Using ***** worksheet and logic I reduced what was being transported by 108 CuFt or 27% less. The Atlantic Group guy said no money back at time of move and same price. How can that be?Atlantic says I had more total items- they count items and dont know what ***** promised. They took an end table apart and called it 2 items, counted a platform bed as 4 items because it was 4 slats of wood. How is any of that legal?

            When you put your hard earned money to the side for a single low income parent like me to finally get your furniture out of storage that is in a different state that you are currently in, just to get your items delivered with glasses broken,favorite coffee mugs,broken, crucial pieces to a bed frame missing is heart breaking!! I put my trust and my money and faith with this company thinking everything that went on the truck was going to come to me in one piece and all together! Very disappointed in this company, especially when they owner said that he will call you back but never does! Now your probably wondering why not just buy the piece for your bed that is missing, thought about that tried that...just to find out my bed has been discontinued so now I have a brand new bed sitting in the corners of my room that I can't put together and now have to save up to purchase a whole new bed!! Oh almost forgot they are not on time as they promised to be, gave me date of when my items would be delivered and failed on thier end, to the point in calling every other day to find out when will my items be delivered! Horrible service on the owners end
