My partner and I hired this company to move us from one apartment to another within the same apartment complex. Upon arrival, I pointed out several items that I asked them to be especially careful with as they are expensive and fragile. They damaged several of these items and others and then become irate when I pointed out the damages to the point where I had to ask for them to leave. I paid for the full service of the entire move as agreed and management told me they would send a new crew the following day to complete the move. The crew the second day did not damage anything further but they also made us pay again. I agreed and paid as management promised they would resolve the issue of all the damages. It has now been 3 months and after many phone calls and requests the business refuses to provide any insurance information, license numbers or resolution whatsoever to replace my damaged items or return the double payment made. Every time I call and speak to one of the managers (**** or *****) they give me the runaround telling me that its not a good idea to file an insurance claim so they pretended they would pay for replacement but when I told them the values of the items they told me they would call me back and never do. I have tried over and over to resolve this issue with them but at this point I think they are just trying to scam me and I am desperate for a solution. I am attaching photos of some of the damaged items along with screenshots of their value. Also I feel that I should be reimbursed for at least one day of the service considering I had to pay them twice and even tipped their workers twice.
