    ********* and his secretary are extremely rude. I went in to get a light fixture fixed and ********* picked it up after letting it sit there for TWO WEEKS. I was lied to and told by their secretary, ***** that it would be ready in a week. It took over a month until it was "ready". I went in to pick it up and wanted to check to make sure it was working. I was lied to by ***** and told I couldn't plug it in because there was no power. The entire store had no working air conditioning or power to light any of their fixtures. I asked if there was another outlet, and she said it was a lighting store, of course there were outlets and that I was asking a stupid question. I told her that, as her customer, she should not talk to me like that. She then said if I asked a stupid question, I would get a stupid answer. To describe this lady as unprofessional doesn't begin to describe her behavior. This lady exemplifies garbage, She is complete trash and brazenly rude. She is a parasite. After talking to me with complete disrespect, she lied to me and told me there was a processing fee of 3.5% on all transactions. I told her that it only applies to credit cards, not debit cards. As a former merchant and processor, it is ILLEGAL to charge processing fees on a DEBIT card. She forced me to pay the processing fees even though I paid with my debit card, which is EXEMPT from those fees. I know this because I also re-verified this again with ******************** I got the light home after being refused the ability to try it out to make sure it worked, it kept flickering and still does not work. Parts are missing and it is still broken. 1.I waited over a month for a broken light that still does not work.2.I got overcharged $387 and was price gouged for a fair and equitable market value repair that should have cost only around $100 for parts and labor. 3.I was forcibly charged Illegal processing fees that should have not applied to my card, and was lied to.
