My firm has worked with Tou Inc. on several projects over the past 3+ years and each transaction was seamless. From takeoff and scheduling to pre-construction, design, initial and final walkthrough, Jahi and his team of contractors were professional, thorough and experts in their crafts. The entire team of Tou was more than accommodating to our family needs. They help us to bring our dreams to life. They were very detailed including itemizing everything that would be needed. The Tou company completed the work ahead of schedule and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I was on the search for a reputable company, In my search I found 3 companies that I received three separate quotes from with various prices of which I choose TOU INCORPORATED, they were professional and reasonable. The price I received from them remain the same throughout my project there was no inflation. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done and the quality of product that was used. It is satisfying to know there are still good companies out there that can be trusted. I couldn't be more Happy.Review from Latron T

Good honest contractors are hard to find. I'm so glad to have found them. They've helped with a number of projects, are always helpful and patient. No matter the question, they respond with an honest answer. One of the major issues are incompetent subs used by general contractors. Tou must have a serious vetting process because everybody they've sent or recommended are top notch. They always find a way to save me money. I have a few extensive projects coming up that require permitting. I have no doubt they'll be a great resource.Review from Marie R

Touinc Contractor team. Great experience from start to finish ! team were great with communications, fair pricing, trustworthy. Project timeline and supplies were precise, turn around time and estimate for job completion was quick with quality work. Great experience! Professional, responsive, and quality workmanship. We engaged TOU Inc to renovate our kitchen. They delivered the project on time and kept us Informed through the process. They brought skilled tradesman to do the work and were accommodating to specific request. For example, the tile installer quickly cut and put up the backsplash; the pattern was quite elaborate). The tile installer also made a great recommendation to replace the planned rope tile boarder with much thinner piece which looked far better. Thank you very much for having an eye for designs that are clean and classy. I appreciate you taking the time to work late hours in preparation for my house opening. I have completed several projects for Tou, Inc. It has been nothing but professional. The contracts were completed as stated with no issues. The communication was clear, concise, and dependable.
