I have over paid. I gave the company adjuster's money too which should have given to adjuster instead of rer oofing. They are not picking up my phone of returning my call. I came to the address what they gave me and they have all over the internet found out they moved. No way for me to find out. I want my over paid returned.

Good Afternoon, we have returned **'s phone calls and have talked to both his attorney and adjuster. Our address is *******************************************  Om's build contract price for the roof was ******. Om ended up only paying ******. He did not pay the last $1000 owed. We discounted his final invoice by $1,000 for a happy customer. Seperate from our roof contract, Om signed an agreement with a public adjuster. The public adjuster has a contract directly with Om (not us) and Om is not wanting to pay the adjuster their fee. I have no idea why ** is alleging that we have anything to do with his public adjuster and their fee.

DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! - No accountability at all! On October 2023 Roof was completed, part of side front was replaced with a wood panel, and they put a black sealer on top, but not finish the job with stucco as the rest of the wall. I got a leak 6 days ago. They sent someone to cover the leak with another sealer, but they refuse to fix my wall as original when they did they job. The answer (all via text) "if you get a leak again, call us"- No apologies, no remorse, this people took my money thru an attorney they referred me to plus more and they did a very ***** job. See pictures attached. No physical contact was made. made many calls no response. I sent more messages with pictures of the problem. No response. My inside garage ceiling is messed up due to the leak a few days ago. They just don't care! I am very disappointed.

      Good Afternoon,
Unfortunately, this seems to be one of the most difficult clients my office has ever dealt with due to the expectation that Re-Roofit should complete work totally outside of our scope. We completed the roof for **************** and passed final inspection with the municipality. Everything was done according to code and there were no problems. We never failed a single inspection and passed on the first request each time.  We even went above and beyond and fixed an area of her wall, as requested by the client, which was outside of our scope. This area she is complaining about is not the roof and was never included in the build contract.  In addition, this BBB claim was filed extremely late and after major weather events. The final inspection was completed back in October on the 24th. The client communicated to us that there are no leaks and that she is only upset with aesthetics of the wall which has nothing to do with my company, the roof or the scope of work completed. The photo attached shows the wall area that we fixed outside of our scope. We even went above and beyond by painting the wall repair for the client.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have never complained to this vendor. I didnt know that because I needed for them to correct something they promised. I was considered a very difficult client. I never saw them after I signed the contract. I only spoke to workers they left at my  property. Very disappointed
      Sincerely,

      *******************

We completed his roof and passed code. He is requesting a separate problem which is additional facia board work not in original contract.  We referred him a company that did repairs and he also could use his roofing warranty with ************************ which is not us. We do not complete small repairs at the moment as a company.

My name is ***********************, I'm assisting my 85 year old mother *************************, who had her roof replaced recently on her home. Re-Roofit, the roofing contractor claims the roof is finished and passed inspection. I did a walk around of my mother's house before paying them their final installment ($40,500 in total) and noticed a broken roof tile and rotten fascia. The balance due was $13,400, of which I gave him $13,000 and told him when he finishes the job I would pay the $400 balance. Now the contractor Re-Roofit is refusing to make the repairs to complete the job. Owner ************************* stated once the roof passes inspection, his job is done and he wants payment in full prior to fixing the rotten fascia and the broken tile. He claims these are warranty issues. He stated he is putting a construction lien on our property and will ruin our lives unless we pay in full because the roof passed inspection. The owner thinks I should be grateful for his assistance with the insurance claim for my mother's roof. Honestly, I think his business practices are questionable - knocking on the doors of 85 year old people and getting them to sign paperwork taking over their insurance claims and forcing them to use their company to do the work. But this is where we are now and I just want to get this project completed. He called me last week at 8pm in the evening threatening us and the property, claiming he would invest $20,000 of his own money to ruin our lives. He is refusing to complete the work and give us the final paperwork on the roof and we don't know what to do. Again my mother lives alone and is 85 years old and this man and this company has frightened her.

Hi BBB, Im not sure how ***** is allowed to leave a review. We did not contract with him, worked on any of his property or have any direct relationship with ***********  ***** is extremely misinformed and incorrect is his statement here. ******* mother wanted to go the insurance route to get the roof paid for by the insurance company instead of coming out of pocket for the roof since they had storm damage. We referred an expert and helped out tremendously, all at no cost. Then we preformed the work, all according to code and passed all inspections. ******* mother has a brand new roof.  They paid nothing out of their own pocket until the roof was totally completed. ***** then decided to tell his mother to not pay her multiple invoices, even after we credited her thousands of dollars. His complaining would never end and there would always be an additional problem in order to not pay his bill. Out of every 100 cases, we have one or two people like ***** who decide to use us for our services and try to not pay their bill.  The roof was completed according to code and passed multiple inspections by multiple inspectors.
