Excellent service, no run around like other companies. Straight to business.

I do not recommend ********** company to anyone. First of all their workers were not professional and they were sub contractors. Several damages occurred to my residents, for example torn patio screens and stucco damage to the house. These repairs came out of my own pocket. Re-Root It did not take any responsibility for the damages caused by their workers. Their business practices are untrustworthy. I had a difficult time getting a response from anyone in their offices about my issues. At one point they demanded final payment and threatened a lean on my house even though the repair issues I brought to their attention was not addressed and the work was not completed. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone because they are not true to their word. They have very poor business practices.

********** is a SCAM ! Warning !! Stay clear from using this company. After they received 3/4 of the payment up front from my insurance company check which they redirected directly to them ! They started tear off 3 months later with no warning of date or time. They just showed up and it happened to be the worst day because my mother just got home to recover from surgery that day.Ok the work was sloppy to say the least. They left tar , tar paper and nails around the property for months we got 2 flat tires had to replace tire because it was a run flat. My mother is 85 who's house it is. She was *************** on contract regarding the facia replacement , stucco repairs, and painting after job is completed. They state the job passed inspection i call ******** i found rotting facia board in the direct front of house. ***** who claims he is an owner stated he needs payment in full even though i found and pointed out rotten roof facia board. He still stated he is not leaving our property with out being paid in full. I still deducted $400.00 of the $13,400.00 balance which is my out of pocket . He stated that his Corporate will now *** us and charge 18% fees . This is a horrible company i warn everyone stay clear lern from our night mare.

**********! I had an amazing experience. I just had my roof replaced, ***** the project manager, *** and ****** kept me informed and up to date the whole way from beginning to end. ****** is great in the office, and always prompt to return your calls or emails with any questions you may have. The whole crew who came to work were professional, hard-working, and Friendly. always on time, and they kept the property clean at the end of the day. Everyone went above and beyond. Everything promised was delivered, They were super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable, Re-RoofIt did a great job, and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I am very happy with how the roof turned out and I highly recommend them. Thank you, *****, ***, and the whole crew for a job well done!

I have no idea were these positive re-roofit reviews came from but I must be the unfortunate individual that I personally feel I received the poor quality workmanship.My personal opinion on re-roofit, from **************** *******, is detailed with facts on the following: -on 6/23 the county of Palm Beach gave final approval on the roof installment.- on 7/23 I checked the facia along the house, which I was told would be replaced if needed, and I found a completely rotted corner that was never checked.- on 8/4 I called *** the manager and stated the facia had a complete rotted area on the corner of my home. *** stated he would have he or someone else come out and fix the issue.- on 8/4 that afternoon after calling *** a guest pass was issued and a representative came out which I thought was to fix the corner of rot. - when I got home that evening the rotten corner was not fixed but was made worst by re-roofit poking around they actually put a hole in my fascia leaving the attic open to bugs and rain see (photo attached).- on 8/7 I was called by re-roofit when I was going to pay the bill. My response was "when the work is completed. I received a call back from ********* that due to the fact tha Palm Beach County signed off on the finalized permit they were no longer responsible.Honestly I have no problem paying over the negotiated price as long as the work is complete. I am a bit upset they actually made the facia worst and put a hole in it, to only expose a larger liability due to moisture and insects being able to enter my attic.Again all the above is factual and completely honest but as they say buyer beware of unscrupulous contractors and in my opinion Re-roofit is one of those contractors.

This company restored my faith in service companies. They were extremely professional and completed the new roof exactly as agreed on. There manager Dave was a person of high integrity and was truthful in all he promised. Everything was above board with absolutely no surprises. I give my highest recommendation to this company.

Professional, personal, and thorough. The team was available to answer questions promptly. The job got done in a timely manner as specified in our conversations and contract. I have recommended this company to my neighbors.

Definitely recommend this company, fair quote, on time, professional, cleaned up, took the time to make sure nothing around the house was damaged. Also referred us to a great gutter installation company (JC Gutters).
