In December of 20/20 I purchased a **** GMC ****** from EZ Own car sales and started making 46 bi-weekly payments of $180. This dealership was shady from the start sold me a vehicle with a faulty transmission and many other mechanical problems however I put the money into it and continue to make payments. Approximately a year ago the dealership closed down and changed their name to ****** Motor Works and move to a small body shop office in ***************. Starting this January I had attempted several times to pay this vehicle off early but would not do so unless I saw proof of the title or an electronic title which they never produced this being the case this went on for several months their phones were disconnected and I had no choice but to make zel payments to this new company with no receipts or phone calls from this dealership. I felt I had no choice I didn't want it to get repossessed so I made every payment on time. I finally got a hold of one person who was their new representative with a new phone number only by going to the body shop that's their front and leaving a note for somebody to call me back he insisted they had the title and on September 24th 2022 I made the final payment they have yet to come up with the title and will not return my phone calls. I have this truck sold but no one will buy it without the title *** from ****** Motor Works will not return my phone calls and the girl ***** that supposedly works in the office that doesn't exist anymore has my title according to him but nobody is calling me back please help. Is ****** Motor Cars is not a legitimate physical business located anywhere in Palm Beach County or the surrounding counties. It is nothing more than a ******* LLC with a fake address I need my title from this company now or I want all of my money refunded totaling $11,500 the contact number for *** is ************Initial Complaint

I financed a car "as is" from the business affiliate address on **************************************************. The car dealership failed to act in good faith and disclose material defects with the vehicle. 6 days after purchasing the vehicle the alternator and battery went bad. After that a leaking radiator and overheating. I carried the car to a local mechanic and they told me that the car was modified, no coolant was getting to the engine. I asked them to fix it they refused. I stopped making payments on a car I couldn't drive and they came by deceptive means told me that they would fix it but repoed it. I want my money back!
