The worst customer service $10k + and sabotage by Installers then BS by the ****** Head who answers the phone. Lies excuses smart ***** remarks and flat out do not care. The tech that does the service calls and repairs does care and is very thorough and deserves to be acknowledged as such. The ****** Head who answers the phone is a **** **** *** ***** * **** *** ** *** ***** The installers purposely left a large piece of foam board laying across the coil on the input side of the air handler. Causing circulation problems, after starting the system up it should of been discovered. The fact that they didn't address the pressure issue points to sabotage. The three goons where provided a full lunch with drinks and fruit salads & treated very well. This **** purposely left the foam board causing operational issues icing up and extremely high Power Bills. 10 months later the ** Tech above figured it out in 5 minutes and cut a hole in the air handler and removed the large foam board blocking more than half of the air handler. This young ** Tech should be answering the phone running things and ****** Head fired . FPL was called in for a energy survey and informed us what the culprit for extreme power bill pointing to the air conditioning system. ****** Head smart ***** remarks in reference to my deteriorating insulation and they did not install original insulation and have no accountability. The young ** Tech above told me it was new foam board left by ** Installers. This system didn't pass inspection 2 times and initially wired incorrectly resulting in heat during ** mode wrong breakers on and on. The City inspector stated in confidence these idiots not well liked in town. Unless you have a *** ** **** **** or no other options do not USE! PEAKER HEAD WHO ANSWERS THE ***** YOU **** AND KARMA WILL BITE YOU !!!

Horrible company!!!!! They have been called out to my house 20 times in a year by my rental company and have not fixed shit yet! They will not give out name or number for a supervisor or owner and nothing is ever fixed or resolved!! The tech left and didn’t even look at my unit this time! They have no clue how to fix anything!!
