      Scam. I request a transportation for 2 vehicles from ** to **, they asked me for a deposit ($200) They charge my credit card, and stop responding my calls and emails. The vehicles never got pick up. And I never received a refund.

      I entered into a contract with Holy Shipping, doing business as Massrec LLC, on 10/14/22 to ship a 2019 ****** Highlander from **********, ** to ***************, ** to a Hurricane *** victim (my cousin) who lost his both his car and his home. Their representative assured me that it would be no problem to pick up the car on my desired date of 10/18/22. I called multiple times after no driver was assigned, both over the weekend, on Monday 10/17, and they assured me it would not be a problem. Today, I spoke to other car shipping brokers who informed me that the company put in a low ball bid. I asked the company to remove their listing, currently under Massrec LLC, ************, Reference ID: *******, and they told me they would. They did not remove the listing, and proceeded to block my phone number from calling. I then called back on my husband's line and demanded they remove the listing, but they again refused and the listing is still up. I have been informed by other brokers that until I am able to get the duplicate listing down, it is going to be exceptionally hard to get the car shipped. This is a total nightmare caused by a completely dishonest company. I have already informed my credit card company to refuse any charges from them.

      This company charged me $100 on July 29th for an order that I canceled before I was provided any kind of services. When I contacted them to resolve this issue, they refused to assist me.

      I made numerous attempts to call Holy Shipping (July 1 & 2) because they charged $150 to my card when they should not have. They hung up on me each time and blocked the numbers used to reach them so I can not get a hold of anyone there ("sorry number you reached cannot be completed as dialed"). We set up an order for auto transport at the beginning of June. Our absolute deadline for our car to be picked up was evening (PST) of June 29th or morning (PST) of June 30th. During one phone call he asked me about pick up on July 1st, stating "Would it be the worst to have it picked up on the 1st?" I clearly stated that we had to move out of our apartment on the morning of June 30th, so that would absolutely not work. I called them at 10:54 am (PST) on June 30. I told her to cancel our order because they did not find a driver and we had to vacate our apartment. They agreed she would cancel our order. I asked if there would be a charge or fee. She stated there would not because no driver was dispatched to our address. Their order form also states "Once we connect you with a driver, a deposit will be charged." No driver was ever connected for us by our deadline (morning PST of June 30). I also asked her to remove my card from being on file. She stated she would take care of that. We received from them July 1 that they found a driver. I explained the above information and that we already left out of state. A charge of $150 was made on my card this day. I stated we needed a refund because my card should have never been left on file and no charge should have happened due to no driver being dispatched or services completed by our end date of June 30th. Their website also states "We are a logistics company that works for you first without accepting a dime until the job is completed." No job was completed and they changed information on the order form after June 30th. I also emailed and text with no response back.

      This company fail to provide service in the agreed time frame. Once they failed to find a supplier of the service, a verbal request for cancelation was made and agreed upon. They failed to cancel or refund the deposit. Proceeded to block my phone number. Be sure to use email or any written form of communication, when using this company.

      I booked vehicle transport with Holy Shipping LLC on 5/20 and was quoted $1,200 for the service and was promised same day shipment. After calling back over 10 times in the following 5 days, the business owner hung up the phone and refused to take responsibility for the project at that price
