I paid to have a pool coating or overlay with concrete around my pool deck, took weeks to complete, they kept having to redo it. I have a five-year warning, and the deck is cracking everywhere. (Done 2022)They will not even return my phone calls after I sent them pictures and told them about it, said they would come and look at it, but never did and will not even return calls.Business response

Based on the paper work and invoice submitted to customer there is no set warranty on overlay product. The product is not failing per looking at it and pictures. The small fine lines hes seeing are not structural. We did his driveway with same Exact product with zero issues. Said it could be solid stained and sealed. But since product isnt failing thats not free. We removed and grinded existing coating so Substrate was ready for new application. I guess you cant make everyone happy even though he can attest that we did his driveway 5 plus years ago and zero issues.

I am rejecting this response because:
It's funny that the *** concrete brings up my driveway that I had no complaints about, well a different employee put the overlay coating on the driveway, for one and the only reason the driveway had an overlay was because USA Concrete lost the pour and they had to pay for the overlay.I have attached additional pictures of the coating coming off the pool deck, not just the spalding cracks happening as the other pictures show. We have dealt with water Laying from kids swimming all around our drains, because as you can see in the pictures, the drains were not installed properly. They are sitting on top of the overlay and not even in the drain. There is a number of issues with this overlay coating that we have been dealing with and it's only getting worse.
Not sure how your seal coating would fix these issues, probably only make my deck more slippery than it was when they were completed.
It's funny that the price quoted was $3500 (I had to pay $4300) and it took two weeks to do the job when it was onlv supposed to take two davs because then had to grind it off and than do it again. They filled my pool up with material twice and had to hire a pressure washer to clean my pool area.If nothing is done with our pool deck?
I can only say social media will be hit with all our issues every time I see someone requesting concrete work in the area.
This is wrong for a professional company not to take responsibility for their work...

Contracted USA Concrete to put in a driveway on 7/20/22. It was put in on 8/5/22. Cost was $16, 176.00. Driveway got a crack a crack a few weeks after it was done. Texted ***** a photo on 8/17/22, he said he would come by to look and fix. Never came. I texted him again on 8/19, 8/22, 8/30, 8/31. He kept saying he would come and never showed. On 9/6/22 I sent him another text and again she said he would come the next day. Never did. Again on 9/12. On 9/18 he saiad again he would come the next tuesday, I told him that was not good for me and he said he would change. On 9/21, I asked again. Then 9/263. On 10/10 I texted again and added that there was now another crack. Didn't hear from him. On 10/24 I texted him one last chance. Never showed. I did leave voice messages also.All I want is for the cracks to be fixed. We paid a lot of money for this driveway I can provide all the texts if neededInitial Complaint

On December 30, 2021 @ 04:06pm, I, *************************, entered into a "Construction Contract", an "Agreement" between USA Concrete Services LLC of ********************************************************. The description of service ********************* of two driveway sections, addition of driveway extension (12ft wider) including 16ft of concrete culvert.*** Concrete agreed to commence the work to be performed within 30days of January 12,2022 & shall complete the work on or before February 12th, 2022. All permits I applied for to the ******************, of which *** Concrete (***************, owner) agreed to make the necessary transfer to his name/company.Upon signing this contract I made a payment of $2,182.33. A third of the full amount. Total sum $6,547.00.I have made numerous attempts to have this job/service completed, specifically I have emailed, texted and personally visited his registered office. (His house).*** Concrete to date has only started the job on April 29th, 2022. He has not returned my communication nor has completed this job. My house was placed under a contractor's lien by Coast Concrete Company, ************ of **************************, as a result of *************** not paying for the concrete he ordered to start the work. My irrigation system (sprinklers/pipe) was damage in the *********** had to contract an irrigation company to repair the damage. Water flowed freely from April 29th, 2022 until on or about May 3rd, 2022.The times I have received a text from him, he accuses the City for not moving on the permitting, which is false. I have been to the building department, they are familiar with *** Concrete and *************** , He has not been to the building department to change & obtain the permit. I obtained the forms from the building department and personally delivered them to his office/house. On Aug.12th 2022, 06:49am, I received a text from *************** , which says "The paperwork is done and will be dropped off this morning" This is not true as well. He has not!
