Florida Fence Pros was hired to remove and replace my entire fence that was damaged from Hurricane *** for $7,146.00. On April 25th and 26th of 2023 They arrived over an hour late and proceeded to do begin working. Everything seemed fine until April 26th when it was time to install two gates on either side of the house. after they were done, I noticed that I couldn't secure my gates from the inside and mentioned it to ************************" who assured me they right part was at the warehouse, and they would be out the next day to fix it. I also noticed the fence/gate on the west side was not secured to the building per insurance code. When I informed them, the installer doing the gates slapped a piece of 2x4 up and threw in a few Tap-cons in it (at this time I was with the ******* looking over the rest of the fence). I have had this company out four times since the install with nothing getting fix and with one ******* they sent out even admitted the install was bad. They have since stopped answering their phone, won't return emails and for the record I would only call them once or at the most twice a week and I say this after speaking with their customer service people who spoke as if I have no right to call them and it's not their problem. When they have come out, they wouldn't call and set a time they would just show up unannounced. I had a fence company out today for a quote and was told they don't want to get in the middle of this. I also called the permitting office and learned they didn't even get a permit to do the work which means I can't even get a city inspector out unless I get the permit myself which would absolve Florida Fence Pro of any wrong doing. To put it simply..........HELP. Thank you.
