Muscle fence replaced a fence on my neighbors property. They did not clean up and threw screws and metal wire upvto 10 feet into my yard and not visible. When cutting the gras after they where done i broke my brand new **** dollar ryobi electric mower . The wire got i to the blades, bending them, ripping the mower deck and breaking one of the motors. I contacted the company, owner promised to come out look at the damage and take care of it. Did nit show up. After contacting him again, he accused me of scaming him and he will not take care of the damage. Very frustrating that people do not care anymore . Their do not care attitude and throwing stuff into my yard is my damage. This is not acceptable. I want them to take care of what they caused. Mower was **** dollars and ised 3 rd time when it happened. They can either take care of the repair or buy me a new one and pick up the broken one. Either way is ok for meBusiness response

Responding to this complaint!! Neighbor of a job my guys did contacted me about guys left of peice of vinyl chain link in his yard that he ran over and is asking me to replace his intire mower. That ain't gonna happen he doesn't realize the wire is mostly vinyl the inside is very thin aluminum with in noway could do the damage he is saying...doubt very seriously if it even bent the mower blades!! I offered to replace his blades but that wasn't good enough so there was no sense in me going to look at it. I feel that the damage was done at an earlier time and he seen a chance to have someone else fix it...again not gonna happen...Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:What a crappy answer. At an earlier point. Mower is brand new and it is their fault not mine. 5 feet wire got rolled up in my nlades. Blades got bended and hit the deck. Deck cut open and electric motor stuck and damaged. To lazy to come and look what happened. Unbelievable answer. I also found more pieces and screws in my yard. They just did not care and threw it away. I want him to come here look at it and take care of the damage. I have no words for his answers.
