I pray I never need warranty work their customer service is horrible nothing is their fault! They removed all my gutter guards I just had installed along with gutters that are now useless the water goes right over them. Clean up was mostly done by myself I'm still picking up nails including one in my tire. I paid another company to make the best out of the gutters I have I also had to replace several screen panels they ripped up. Do not give final payment until you are completely satisfied because they won't fix anything after without more money. Other reviews show the same problems I had so it's not just me. Very sad this company could be a great one if they kept promises they make before check clears.

Wow this is truly unbelievable! We installed a beautiful Standing seam metal roof for this customer back in August 2023. There were no issues on the job. The clean up was immaculate! Now we have been out to her house 6 times because of her Lanai Pan roof Leaking, which she admits in person that it has alway leaked. We are just a roofing contractor not an aluminum contractor but we still tried to help by installing new gutter guards to her pan roof lanai gutter which were never installed before for $500 bucks. Months go by and she never paid us. Just so we could get paid I split the bill with the customer. We just went out to her house last week to look at her lanai pan roof again. We again arent an aluminum contractor, so we recommend one to the customer and she got upset. We understand that times are hard and she may not be able to afford to pay the right people to fix her issue. But all we did was help! This is a bogus review because we try and help all of our customers.Review from Tiffani K

We hired Leggett Roofing with high hopes of having a wonderful experience. Considering they had really good reviews and only one really bad one. Well our experience with Leggett Roofing has been nothing but a **** show. The first day they arrived they proceeded to use my husbands personal truck as a tablet they were sitting there things all over his truck and laying all over his truck as well.they did not clean up all there food and pizza crust that was thrown all over my yard.They came back and still threw food in the yard. We then emailed zach to explain what all was still happening. Zach then wanted proof. Thank goodness for my security camera and phone to capture proof. Because you know I am magically making all this up. And once we sent that no one would respond to us at all. We even stopped by to pay one of our invoices and voiced our concerns and again nothing back. I then reached out on the customer service email hoping to get a response. Which I did the owner said sorry and that his crew said they never did any of that and to send pictures if it happens again.They also took the time to come back out and take our remaining roofing supplies we paid for. Tony said he would deliver them to us personally which he did. He dropped them off and and left never stopped to ask us if things had gotten better ect. Our flat roof started to leak in the later evening.There idea of making it right on my landscaping damages is $150. Tony then offered $250 and said “I hope you are willing to come to an agreement so we both can move on.”There lack of communication is awful. There crew has absolutely no respect for your property. They did come back out and fix the flat roof and paint the ceilings. Roof was leaking again. They came out and looked at it said it was not on their end but did fix it anyways. But overall it was a nightmare experience. Thank god we were off the first week of them starting. Save yourself the headache and damages to your yard and find someone elseLeggett Roofing LLC Response

All we ask is that vehicles are out of the driveway while work is being done, however when you have vehicles in the driveway it’s common that they could get damage from roofing debris. Thank goodness that a vehicle was not damaged and by the photos you sent us, there was one guy leaned up against the truck. You said nothing was cleaned up but I went there at 6:30 and there was no debris anywhere left around the home. I even took photos because you said we damaged your plants, I saw no damage.
the flat roof leaked during the job, which we did fix the exact next day and never had any more issues, we even painted the ceiling in your bathroom. The 2nd leak was due to you having your kitchen remodeled, your plumber disconnected a pipe that runs through the roof. We even removed the old pipe and fixed it for you the next day.
I the owner did come by during the job and spoke to your husband, I believe you stayed inside the house while I spoke with him.
At the end of the job we always clean up extra materials because the inspection will not pass if they’re extra materials at the job site. We didn’t TAKE anything, I myself brought the shingle back to her house and put it in the shed for them. Which they had the audacity to sell on Facebook Marketplace lol!
Yes I did refund her money for her Landscape Damages, which she never replaced any plants or landscaping.
These are the kind of customers that I wish every contractor would know to stay away from. Contractors need a website to leave reviews for customers.Review from Teresa T.

I hired this company, Leggett Roofing, to make roofing repairs. Be careful because they will not complete the job right, they will use low-quality materials, and then they will also ask you for the full payment before the job is done. If you try to get them to come back to fix things they did not finish, it is hard to reach them.Leggett Roofing LLC Response

************** had a roof Repair done before Hurricane ***. We Stopped all of the Leaks on the home. We also fixed her Soffit for free and did not charge her. She agreed to pay once the job was completed, which she did after the whole job was done.
A week later she calls The Project manager saying the roof is still leaking. So we went and investigated, We did a water test and no leaks were found during that time.
Now we have been out to this house 3-4 times since repaired and still have no signs of moisture. Even after Hurricane ***!
This customer is very untruthful in hopes to receive money back for work that was performed. We are a trustworthy company that does exactly what we said we would do. We do not use low quality materials; we only use the best materials and the latest codes to even make repairs better.

Tony is the owner who came to fix my roof. He cut my roof without asking me if it was ok to do so, he broke my roof tiles, and did not return my calls. He is not telling the truth because not only was everything not fixed, nothing was free, as I already paid for everything.
