Kaufman roofing just completed our roof replacement. From the initial contact with ***** to the completed install,it could not have been a better transaction. The removal crew and likewise with the installation crew,their work was second to none. Worked quickly, efficient,with excellent results. Communication with the project managers was excellent,kept me informed what was going to be done and time table. Both crews were excellent with clean up as well, didnt have to pick up one thing. Pleasure in this day to have a very pleasant experience, and gladly recommend the company. *******************

The crew who actually did the job was absolutely great, no complaints whatsoever, they work hard, always on time, good quality, just great. The companies communication is just the worst you can imagine. I have logged all communication issues, in case company replies and tells otherwise. See my Yelp and Google review also, my name Jos B*****. At this company just nobody seems to know about each other what they told the customer, apparently no daily/weekly job meetings. Just too many people interfere in 1 job (total 10 at mine, not even counting the actual crew who did the labor) I wish i could publish the log on BBB, but there is a max amount of characters.

We had damage from Hurricane *** and were overwhelmed with many local companies asking us to choose them to replace our roof. We chose to get quotes from 5 companies. After getting 5 quotes including ******** Roofing who gave a quote without even seeing our roof we asked Kaufman roofing for a quote.*************************** was beyond helpful with information and opinions on what we should do. He did not pressure us in December and even though Kaufman was a few thousand over other quotes we had obtained I was sure Kaufman would be the one I chose. He spent a lot of time with us at contract signing and explained every word of the contract as I had done much investigating I knew he was giving me honest answers. They installed completely within a 3 day period. They took pictures of the process for my insurance company, and on the 4th day power washed my driveway. They left my yard spotless each day and we only found 3 nails a couple weeks later. All employees we came in contact with were polite, respectful and **** who was kind, understanding to put up with all my questions I would purchase anything from him!

We actually had our roof completed a few years ago. But I wanted to take a minute to write how completely satisfied and thankful I am even a few years later for this excellent roof. When the roof was put on they made the process easy and simple and they cleaned up well after putting the roof on. A few months after the install I noted a piece that had flapped up after a severe storm. They came out within hours of my call. They checked it out and made the minor repair. After going through Hurricane *** I thought for sure we would have roof damage. There was zero. I called to have them come out and look at the roof just in case. With no charge, they came out and inspected the roof AND gave me a letter for my insurance company that my roof was fine! All at no charge!! Fantastic to work with, excellent quality (as tested by Hurricane ***), and wonderful follow through !

Roof turned out great except for our A/C stopped working while the workers were on the roof. We had a A/C repair man come out, who found the leak, the repair that would be $2500-$5000. After we reached out to Mark K we were told they would not cover the charges. While the workers were still here cleaning up they admitted the workers should have checked the lines before the job. They also concluded from two poor photos taken by the A/C repair man that our lines are not up to code, they didn't even send someone out to look at the damage!

We are happy to hear that the roof system we installed turned out great! Unfortunately whoever installed your A/C lines had installed them along the roof decking and that install method does not meet code. We have to use shingle nails that penetrate the roof decking to secure your shingles to your roof. Since your A/C line was against the back of the plywood, the nails penetrated the A/C line causing a leak in your A/C System. Mark Kaufman Roofing can not warranty the work provided by other contractors or their negligence. I am sorry that this happened to you. If you do ever have any roof related issues we will certainly honor that warranty we provided. 

Great Quality work. They got the job done perfectly in 2 days, the team were incredibly polite and professional. **** checked in with us frequently and made the experience very positive. I would 100% recommend them to my friends and family and anybody else.

****** and his crew did a great job on our roof. Crew kept everything clean on my property during the entire process. Crew was here on the day they said they would start the roof, and completed the roof in 2 days. Great job guys!!
