We sent you an email on 09/19/2023 requesting payment for work done on 09/08/2023 and you replied that you were sending a check. We waited until 10/05/2023 and sent another email letting you know that we had not received payment. Again we waited for a check or a response. Finally on 10/17/2023 we emailed you this "Unfortunately, we have not received this payment and we have attempted to contact you with no response. Please make payment or we will be forced to start a property lean process". Which was a professional response to not receiving payment or a response from you. Your review was not warranted.

I feel it is warranted. The check was ready for you as soon as the work was done. You did not collect at that time. I told you I was sick when I saw your message stating that you were going to put a lien on my home over $250. People need to know your actions so they can make an informed decision on who they hire.Review from Ronald S

I was so impressed with Sunview Rescreen. I left a message and Melanie immediately called me back. Within a day the guys called and said they would be coming. When they arrived the boys were personable and professional . They got the job done quickly and took away the old materials. Payment was also made easy with the use of Zelle. I couldn’t have been more happy with Sunview!

***** and his team was amazing. They showed up on time and didnt stop until the job was completed and did a great job of cleaning up after my pool cage rescreen. And his office lady ******* was very helpful with explaining the difference screen to me so I could make a decision on what type of screen would be best for me.Sunview Rescreen Response

They don’t even deserve one star They knew this was a Hurricane Ian claim in the first place. They left a mess of broken screws and steel in my pool cage for us to step on. They left a mess of bottles of drinks all over lanai. They forced my outside wall faucet and broke the pipe going into my exterior wall, water spewing everywhere, put a glob of glue on it, shut my water off to the house and never informed me of the damage to my home. Cost me 1,400 to fix it. They paid the bill but office woman tried to cause all kinds of trouble with my repairman. Well putting a glob of glue on the exterior wall sure didn’t fix it. That broke open and I had water spewing everywhere. No one even planned on telling me about the damage to my home. My Insurance Company with all the hurricane claims took a longer time then normal to issue me a check to pay for damages which everyone knows is normal with Hurricane Ian claims to pay them so the owner threatens me more then once, and then puts a mechanics lien on my home. The pool cage screws we have since found were forced into the same holes that the screws were broke off so we still have broken screws inside the cage that are supposed to hold the cage down in place. The doors to the cage have one slide lock on top which is correct and the other door with the slide lock on the bottom. Everyone knows both should be facing up on a pool cage door . I told owner about these issues and he didn’t even give a **** about it. Screw you and just pay me is all he was concerned with. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They caused me so much stress and grief I only paid them once I got the check to get rid of them. I’m a Realtor would never recommend them to anyone!! Just to be clear, out of hundreds of customers this business has dealt with their have been no complaints. To respond to her claims.... the exterior hose bib broke while we trying to use it, tried to fix. Homeowner called her own plumber, we paid the bill. Screen door locks only come with the latch on one side, so if one door opens to the right and one opens to the left, one latch will be on top and the other on bottom. I did meet with her in person and she said she understood. As for debris left behind, two bottles missed, it was picked up the day I explained the locks, which by the way homeowner did say she spoke to another screen company and they said the same thing about the door locks. All screws we changed, and we checked both times we were at the property.
Any issues with any of my customers are dealt with. Homeowner only had issues when we asked about payment, got extremely aggressive in her emails and text messages. We issued a Notice to Owner then applied a property lien, her response was "I don't care, property is not in my name anyway." Then within a few days of lien, homeowner sent us a check for our work provided over a month ago.
If this all makes me UNPROFESSIONAL, then she is absolutely right, do not hire me. Hire a company that you can avoid paying for over thirty days until they put a lien on your property.

We had this company replace our damaged pool screen after Hurricane ***. They were excellent to deal with! The communication was always prompt and polite and the price seemed fair. The job was completed in 2 days and the new pool screen and new screws look wonderful!Sunview Rescreen Response
