I hired this company to build a website and do marketing for us and advertising.. They built a cheap website we agreed to pay 599 per month for their services. We were told after 6 months the site and domain would be ours as we were paying for it. When we asked about marketing and advertising they kept pushing us off.. Then they informed us that they need to take a step back on the work and would stop billing us. They did bill us one more time which was disputed and received a refund. Since we had paid in excess of 6 months we asked for the passwords and username to our site that we paid for and built. No response-- phone call- emails- texts- Nothing! One of my business partners finally reached them and they emailed back that for ******* they would give us the info to our website!!-- Shake down.. Our site is now down we can not get access to it at all the money paid to date has been wasted and we have lost all access to the site - Can you help us?
