Project converting an existing pergola on the side of the house to a garage.List of issues and concerns to finish this project:The number of days past the estimated completion date for this project I think most people would agree is unreasonable. Countless excuses were provided but given the project is now 140 days past the estimated completion date one might understand why I might question the truthfulness given for the multiple delay and what might be the real reason. It almost appears he has abandoned the project.1.Contractor not completing project after several request to finalize the job 2.During the process most all of the subcontractors threatened me with liens against my property 3.Original ***** block contractor fired 4.What appears to be a handyman hired to do significant portion of the job much of which had to be redone was also eventually fired. much of his work had to be redone specifically to *********** component.5.Months have passed regarding a broken window his subcontractor broke still remains not repaired after several requests.6.Install adjustable shelves, months have passed still no progress 7.Four holes in the ceiling needed to be repaired still remain after several requests 8.Locks on windows needing adjustment still remains after several requests 9.During construction security camera detached, reattachment still remains
