Own a roofing company, he owes my company 25k almost from two years ago. Just got a call from his son that Hooten is in a law suit for fraud. Now everything is making sense. Don't trust these people as far as you can throw a ball. Most untrustworthy people in the world. They will steal your money.Business response

Hooten and Associates has not done business with ****************. We ask **************** to provide a contract or documents between Hooten and Associates and ****************.
Additionally, we are not sure where **** received his information about a lawsuit for fraud, but Hooten and Associates is not in any kind of lawsuit. We ask that **** update or remove his complaint as this is false information.

I hired the company to help me with my hurricane ian claim I heard from the adjuster one time after the initial consultation the one time I heard from him was the day he came to my home with the adjuster from my insurance company I'd not heard since and either has my insurance company they have sent him multiple letters asking for pictures and documentsBusiness response

We attempted to contact ******************* numerous times after he signed with Hooten and Associates to assist with his Hurricane *** claim. We also made numerous visits to his house in hopes of reaching him. We finally were able to complete our inspection and we provided our estimate and photos to KIN Insurance. We were notified by KIN Insurance of a prior claim with ******************* where they required documentation in order to move forward with the current Hurricane *** claim. We spoke with ****************** several times advising of KIN Insurance requests for prior claim documents to which he refused to provide. We explained KIN insurance would not move forward with the claim until the documents were received. We were never provided the documents from ******************* We received an email from an attorneys office advising they were representing the insured moving forward. We then sent a release of contract to ******************* releasing our representation.

I am rejecting this response because:I have never received anything regarding releasing the file please produce proof that you sent me and also we need proof of your estimate and photos and you have never called me after our one meeting and I send with I had directly to the insurance company because they said they could not get a hold of you and I also couldnt get a hold of you

There were several calls between Hooten and Associates, ******************* and the desk adjuster with Kin Insurance. ****************** and Hooten and Associates requested the prior claim documentation which was never received.
The insurance company was provided our estimate and photos. ******************* is now represented by an attorney who will have all of the requested documents

I did not receive all the information on the business. Why did you close the complete? I was waiting for them to email me the information that they said they sent and I never received all of it.
