I purchased a refrigerator from ****** ************************** on December 31st 2022 for $600. There are many of his sale ads for appliances online& it appeared to be a legit store. I spoke with them many times via text, **************** ap. They told me the appliance was perfect, in used condition, & has a 90day warranty. It never worked a single day & today is 40 days with no resolution. When the refrigerator was delivered they told us dont turn it on for 3 hours. When we turned it on the freezer part never got cold & the refrigerator portion was just cool. I called *********** said they will come w/a technician & fix it. After 2days of no calls I text urgently asking for a replacement ******************* replied No problem. The next day I called& no response. All my food spoiled & I had to throw it out (food is expensive). I continued calling, text, call the warehouse number, &wrote them online & no response. Two weeks ago my husband went to ************************* ************& spoke *********************, the man who delivered the refrigerator. He assured my husband he would fix it but he never called to schedule. My husband called him again &he answered & said he would come that afternoon but never showed up. Now he does not answer at all. I looked up the address online &see reports on bbb that they are doing this to other people under a different business name Lugino Appliances LLC. I have since notified the ************* took a report along with video of frig not working. This scheme seems to be something these people are comfortable doing. Their victims are poorer, hardworking families that struggle to pay their rent/mortgage &are really struggling to buy food! They cannot afford a new refrigerator, they go desperately in need of a frig to companies like this only to have their money gone, no refrigerator, hundreds of dollars of food ruined, and now there is no place to store new food. It is pretty despicable. I want a refund or a working appliance delivered asap Please help
