I have been harassed by this company non-stop after doing some online research into health insurance costs for individuals in ***. I should have never entered my information (and would have never done this if I had known that I was going to be harassed by these callers) into new-york-health-plans.com. I do not want to be contacted by anyone from this company ever again for any reason. The last call I received from this "business" is the reason I am filing this complaint - I pickup and say hello, but all I hear is a man say "honey make a wish" sarcastically and hangup.

I signed up to enquire about late enrollment health insurance plans, but after further research, I decided not to trust the company. Their agents continue to spam text and call from various phone numbers even after I tell them to stop. Seems like a scam to me.

The website spoofs a .gov website. I entered my information. I started receiving phone calls from agents. I requested to be put on the do ot call list verbally and was called names and harassed. I went to the website and found a way to enter my information to be removed from the database and sent an email. I continue to get >20 calls a day.

My request to be removed was made 2 months prior to the removal from their database as indicated by the companys BBB response.  I tried to be removed through email, the online form, and over the phone.  The removal was only made because of a BBB complaint for the company as is evident from the other similar complaints made by consumers as published on BBB website.  During the wait period to be removed, I received ***** calls a day making my phone useless for communication purposes.  The callers refused to remove my information from their logs and taunted me on more than one occasion for my attempt to be removed.  These actions does not align with the companys claim of goodwill towards their customers.

To accept a response from the BBB mediated complaint, I expect the following:
*A statement from the company to honor the commitment within their privacy statement to stop contact at the request of consumers in the future.
*Assurance that when consumers ask the aggressive callers to remove them from the company's list there is the ability and priority to remove the number from the contract list.
*A formal apology from the company for the harassing 2 months of phone calls that I received after I requested to be removed.

When ive called the number listed i explain that i want my application and all personal info deleted and they hang up on me. every single person. When i finally was transefered to a manager he just repeated over and over to sign up on do not call.com refusing to delete any profile i now had with them.I cam to bbb.*** and found the official number and was then continuously hung up on. ******* I reached a woman who said she would add me to do not call, but i still was unable to have my information and profile removed from the database

While searching for health insurance, I was directed to ******-healthplans.com, which is owned and operated under RM7 Services, LLC. They appear to be a call center with the sole intent to sell insurance. While they are qualified to sell insurance in many states, their licensing expired for the *************** on 7/31/23 (License #***********. Not only are they operating under an expired license, they constantly spam with calls. Even after speaking with three supervisors after kindly stating that I was no longer interested, and stating that I wished to be taken off the call list, I received 17 calls between the 11:30 am and 1:30 PM PST. Additionally, I have unsubscribed and am still receiving calls from agents.

Accidentally clicked on a VERY misleading ****** "Sponsored" ad for a specific healthcare plan in ******* and was directed to this site where I was prompted to enter my phone number and email which I did mistakenly thinking I was on the correct website. I was told Id receive a call from an agent and when I answered I discovered I had accidentally given my info to this non govt. affiliated scam site. I asked to be put on a *** list and politely ended the call with a goodbye. Less than a minute later I was contacted by another agent claiming to be from the same company but located in another state. I again told them I contacted the wrong people about health insc. and they continued to push about buying a policy. I hung up on them that time but was harassed for the next 8 hours. They called me over 20 times in 20 minutes from several different numbers and have been getting calls all day. i've been answering them occasionally to try in vain to explain i wanted to be **** and one of the times i answered i got a young man who was extremely pushy and rude claiming to be a GOVT EMPLOYEE then turning around and telling me "JUST BUY A PLAN" to which i responded with a long laugh as it reminded me of a pushy psuedo intimidating shady car salesman. He also told me he tried to insult me by telling me "I make more money than you bro". Obviously not a govt employee. Another "agent" called and proceeded to tell me how i'm on an auto call list and even though she knew she was wasting her time, that her job was specifically "to annoy you" (me). I looked up the website certificate for the site i accidentally gave my info to and a representative answered named ********. After procuring some info about *************, i asked to have her put me on the *** list. She said she would do that immediately but it would take 24 hours to stop receive calls. i told her i was receiving 20 calls within 20 minutes and she referred me to the company email to send an email requesting to be put on ***.

Attempting to update my healthcare coverage before ****** deadline, I filled out an intake form at a website thinking it run by ******** State. ***************************************************************************** after submitting on Friday December 15, 2023, I have been inundated with phone calls from myriad agents every day, all day. When I speak to an agent or call the main number to be removed from there calling list, I get responses ranging from agents badgering me that they can save me money and/or hanging up to statements that there is no way to remove numbers from call lists.I block each phone number after calls, but the numbers seem to be freshly generated each time - all with (917), (716), (646), (607), or (934) area codes. The website has an unsubscribe form that offers no remedy. Please accept this formal complaint and advise.Thank you ****

I entered my contact information on a form on the *********-healthplans.com site. I immediately regretted it when I started receiving phone calls. I got more than 50 calls the first week. Only the first one left a message. I twice asked to unsubscribe from their list on the website but continue to be called. The calls are obviously a scam because they show several different random numbers from my part of the state. I blocked all of the numbers that called but they keep calling from different numbers. Out of frustration I answered the last three calls and demanded that they stop calling. Still getting calls. How does a supposed legitimate service continue to operate like this?

The company finally quit calling after I requested 2-3 times and complained on their website.

Thanks for trying, I won't fall for an offer for insurance help scam again.

I have reported the harassing phone calls by this company to the ******* State ************************** I mistakenly filled out information on their website. The first call was from the 866 number listed on their website. I explained my mistake, thanked them for following up, but asked not to be contacted again. In less than 48 hours, I have been called 6 times. The caller never gives the business name, just says, "Hi, it's (NAME)! How are you today?" It's harassment; especially, after they have been told to stop!
