They charged me 219.00 out of nowhere. I never purchased their service and if I did, it was years ago. When you call them they never answer nor do they respond back. I am still not able to get a hold of anyone to pay me back my money.Testing.com, LLC Response

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and error that occurred on November 12, 2022. We had reached out to all of the affected customers that had received the erroneous refund on November 12, 2022.
Dear Valued Health Testing Centers Customer,
We are informing you about an incident that occurred on Saturday, November 12, ********************************** orders you made with Health Testing Centers.
On that day, Health Testing Centers completed a scheduled rebrand to Testing.com. During the transition, refunds were erroneously issued to customers who purchased orders through Health Testing Centers dating back to April 1, 2021.
Please know that your personal information was not compromised when our system triggered a refund for these transactions. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
Since then, we have been actively working with our merchant partner to resolve this issue and reverse the refunds as quickly as possible. Although we were advised that we would receive a notification before the refunds were reversed, the reversal process started without our knowledge on December 9, 2022.
Our merchant partner has advised us that the refund reversal will show as a new transaction with your financial institution. The transaction amount will be the exact same as the original transaction for your order that was placed with Health Testing Centers, and the same amount that was refunded back to your account on or immediately after November 12. If you were issued multiple refunds, all of these refunds will be reversed and will appear as new, separate transactions.
Once this new transaction is complete, you will have paid for your fulfilled services in full and will not have an outstanding balance.
We understand that the delay in resolving this issue has been incredibly frustrating. We apologize for this inconvenience and are committed to providing the best possible experience for our Health Testing Centers and Testing.com customers. 0 stars! This business completely scammed my wife. She was charged on January 10th, 2022 for a blood test at $169. To our surprise she was charged again on February 16th, 2023 at $169 without purchasing another blood test. When I called the explanation was "Our payment processor refunded everyones payments and then we had to pull the payments again..." This is 13 months later when no one is prepared to be charged. That is not ok. Her bank account went negative because there was no prior warning of the charge, and now she won't be able to pay bills on time this month all because of this greedy company. I am a business owner myself and interestingly, I work in health related fields as well. I recommend you use a service like InsideTracker. They have better service, better blood tests, and they won't put the blame on customers when they make mistakes and cause you to pay for their poor leadership and mistakes that are no fault of the customer. It is an immoral and unethical practice to charge your customers for the mistakes that you and/or your payment processor (that you chose to do business with) made. How many others will not be able to pay their bills because you decided to charge them unreasonably late for a service? They refused to give a refund or let me talk to the Operations manager. They were not friendly or helpful. I will never recommend or do business with them again. I suggest you use a good company like InsideTracker for your blood test and avoid this company at all costs. We sincerely apologize for the incident that occurred in November 2022 that led up to the current transaction with your financial institution. We can assure you that we did not scam your wife or any of our customers.
We have sent out communications to our customers to make them aware of the incident as well as the steps that our merchant processor was taking to resolve the issue. From the moment the error took place, we have been working with Braintree, our processor, to resolve the issue, and ********* began charging each of these cards, the exact amount they were refunded on November 12. This particular charge is one of those impacted.The following email was sent on December 13, 2022 to all affected customers:
