    I ordered a product from this business on March 6th and a shipping label was created on March 10th but the product was not sent to the **************. The tracking number states: **** doesnt have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package." I have reached out to the company for an update on shipping but keep getting the runaround. I asked for a refund and they will not honor it.     I ordered skin care products online from **** and Clear company and I havent get my order. I tried to reach out to them through email but the emails keep bouncing back. Phone appears to be disconnected.

    Placed an order online Janurary 1, 2025 for 2 full size products, and a travel kit with 4 products in it. I never received any part of my order, nor has the business responded to my emails.

    I ordered products from this company on December 4th. Its now February 6th and I still have not received my order. I have been emailing and trying to get in contact with someone regarding my order and I have not been able to get a response for the past month. Im getting the same email saying my order has been packaged and shipped for the past month but *** says they have not received my package. Shipping on their website says 6-9 days and its been over two months and still dont have my order. Many people have also said they ordered over 3-4 months ago and still havent received their orders.

    I never got my order they never email me with my tracking number or anything I been contacting them they have yet to respond and many others are going through the same thing I wnat my refund they are a scam

    8/7 - Placed an order for $163.50 (huge sale on their site). 8/8 - Received an email confirmation that my products were on the way. 8/27 - Contacted them at ***************************************** regarding my order and received an auto reply stating I would receive a response in ***** hours. 9/9 - Sent another order inquiry to the same email listed above and received the same automated response. 9/16 - Sent an URGENT email to the same support email address which bounced back as address cannot be found 9/16 - Sent an email to ***************************************** Message did not bounce back as undelivered or address cannot be found. No auto response message was received. 9/17 - Sent a second email to **************************************** with no bounce back or auto message stating when they would get back with me. 9/28 - Sent another email to **************************************** with no bounce back. This company has not followed up with me and it appears they are scamming. They continue to advertise their products, offer discounted or free shipping, send messages regarding products being back in stock, but these are the same products that are in so many of our orders. Other customers have complained on their social media pages about not receiving orders, yet they continue to push their products to customers knowing they have no intention of shipping. Thats straight up theft by deception.I demand a reply from the company as to why my products havent been shipped and expect for them to be shipped within 3-days of receipt of this complaint or refund me the funds paid within 3-days of receipt of this complaint.

    I ordered back in June and here it is September still havent got my order I call and no one answers just a machine this is so unprofessional and I feel ripped off at this point I just want my money back.

    I order products from this business and I never received the products. They provided me with a tracking number;however, according to the **** postal service the tracking number they provided was addressed to another customer which is why I never received the products although it shows delivered. I called and emailed the company and only received an automated email response saying someone would contact me in ***** hours; however, I have never been contacted by the company and never received the order that I placed in May 2024, it is now September 2024.
