Do not park at this lot/building.They will later send you a bill for $90. I parked for 20 minutes. (to take a picture of the sunrise at 6:45 AM)-- and I admit I didn't pay I get a letter from them stating I owe $90 for parking.It's ridiculous.Review from Indrit Z

They send me a notification that we have not paid for Parking on November 26, 2023, and I send them a picture of the credit card charge posed on my Bank statement, which has the name of the parking, and they still dont accept the proof. They emailed me back and they want me to provide the original receipt of payment that i did at the machine almost a month ago. Stay away from Asta Parking, because they are blood thirsty monsters, and they will do anything to make you pay again. I will report them to the business bureau for trying to trick people in making double payments.Review from Maria Z.

I paid for 6 hrs of parking and I received a parking charge of 90 dollars for an overstay of 30 min. I have made a dispute for this case, since I wasnt warned about an overstay charge and much less that is was going to be such an absurd one. I paid 32 dollars for 6 hours, I overstay 30 minutes and I have to pay a 90 dollars charge? It is unreasonable. If they want to charge people that fee, that should at least warn them before, and not after it happens.Review from Micaela W

Asta Parking valet service messed up my sister car and now refusing to pay for it I will never refer this ************* to anyone in the world !!!!! They never reported to me that her bumper was off they let me ride off knowing they messed up my sister car ????Review from Rafael V

Their machine charged me twice. Their call answering service keep saying they are going to call back to resolve and nothing. Their addresses are not the right addresses so we cannot reach them in their offices either.Review from Daniel K

August 10 2021 I left my Mercedes on asta valet parking next to zOcean hotel S beach Miami. Guy at front played like little gangster. No respect. Next day we got the car with big scratch on the hood from him. He just ruined our vacation. Never again.

We read your claim for the alleged damage of your vehicle. The vehicle in question was a rental provided by you to a customer. The vehicle was driven by your customer and they valet parked at the Z Ocean Hotel. Asta's attendants provided valet service for the vehicle and parked the vehicle in a garage at the Z Ocean Hotel. The vehicle was retrieved and returned to your customer who then returned the vehicle to you. Please feel free to visit our facility onsite and you will learn that there is no way that the damage could've occurred at our site simply due to the nature and location of the damage. You will see that it is impossible for a scratch to occur on the hood of your vehicle while parked in our garage. Your claim for the alleged damage was denied for two reasons: (i) there were no items/objects in garage to cause damage and (ii) you left the premises without reporting any damage and contacted us 8 days later, in which case, it would be impossible to know how the damage occurred.
We would ask that you speak to your customer who rented the vehicle who may have parked it in a location other than our facility which may have caused the damage while in their care.
If there is evidence supporting your claim, please feel free to reach out to us and notify us immediately so that we may review such evidence and determine if the cause of the damage occurred while in our care. Asta Parking has been operating parking services in Florida for over 30 years and we take pride in ensuring our customers are satisfied.
