Purchased a new mobile home and they use ace ac the company put in a so called new a/c unit and the unit does not work, I called them to find out why and they told me it needed a heat strip. And they would get one out there to my house, it's now going on a month and I still have no working a/c now my new home was put on my property 4 months ago they have had plenty of time to get my ac and install it properly it is July 29th 2022 and I'm still waiting for them to fix my new ac unitBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/03) */ We have been in touch with this customer and they are aware Carrier has supply chain issues. We got conformation there parts are in as of 8-2-22. They are scheduled to be installed 8-3-22 (today). As of today 08-03-2022 no CO has been granted by the county, therefore the home in still under construction. I know Mrs. ***** wants to get moved in ASAP and we have done everything in our power to make this happen.Initial Complaint

For a month I have been told I was on schedule for my AC system to be installed on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. On Wednesday they never showed to do the job (& never even contacted me about it). I called Wednesday afternoon to ask about it and was told they got stuck on a job and would be out first thing the next morning. Thursday came and went and Frday I found out they had never came to do the job (again & no phone call). I even called Thursday morning and was told that they were on the way to do the job. Friday afternoon I left a message assuming they would call me back Monday, never hapened. I called today (Monday, June 18) to ask what was going on and was told they would call me back. I have gotten no information from them and they still have yet to tell me why they haven't done the job they were supposed to do and when they will do it. My hands are ties snce these people are hired by the mobile home dealer and already on my permits.Business response
