2/24 9am service scheduled, after 10am Dave arrived, evaluated HVAC, stated it needed to be replaced & quoted $2700. Cost total $2893.39 included duct work, new wiring, removal of extra fan and so on. A couple hrs later installers arrived, turned off ALL power instead of just HVAC, took over 6 hrs, tried to bypass common wire instead of rewiring, didn't remove extra fan, left off skirting, didn't replace duct work & blower didn't blower correctly. Called Office, S/W Brian, MGR, scheduled tech to remove extra fan & fix blower Mon Morn. 2/27 tech showed up, removed vent grate, put hand inch from hole & advised air flow is good. I questioned it as airflow should be good with vent cover on and at least a ft or 2 away. He told me he had done this work for 12 yrs and if I got "******" with him that he would leave me hanging. Later he discovered the HVAC was installed to close to the trailer pinching the ductwork stopping the airflow. He "duct taped" around the extra fan & left. I've emailed & called the company 7 or 8 times asking when the job will be done, when they intend to replace skirting (insurance violation & now have animals under trailer), fix ductwork, left metal lying around, code of conduct and more; however, I have yet to get any answers.Business response

always more than one side to a story. we'll be there Friday morning to finish the job, replace the 5' to 6' of ductwork, put on the new duct cover that fits to the original skirting, remove the blower for her, that was not in the original proposal, and routine clean up of job site. i won't even dignify the cussing statement.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, once the work is done. This is a written notice they will be taped to prove what was said to whom.
