In early December I had an appointment at the location in Belleview to do the initial estimate for *****, they told me they could not perform the work and sent me to the Ocala location. Took my truck there in early January waited 1 week before calling them for an update. They told me they could only remove the decals from the damaged side, so I called ***** and they approved them to remove both sides. Then they told me they could not match the decals so I would have to take it somewhere else. When my truck was finally done when I went to pick it up the running boards were not on the damaged side I asked where my running boards were and they said the truck didn't have running boards so I walked them around to the driver side and showed them the one that was still on the truck. Then my truck had to stay there another 2 weeks so they could order and install the running boards. Then when it was done again I went there and they did not put stock running boards back on so they had to order the proper ones, I took the truck home and waited. When the new ones came in I took it back up there, they installed the new ones I asked them where the original running boards were b/c I told them I wanted them and they were very nasty with me could not find all the brackets that went to them. Their motto is they call the customer every 2 days to give a update, they never called us my wife had to continuously call them and we had to be the ones to call the insurance company to get things approved.
