My ** was towed to the business to be repaired. When I arrived the hood was left open in the parking lot. When I went in to business they stated it was ready for pick up. When I reached the gas station 5 miles from shop the battery light was on. As per receipt alternator was replaced. The ** was taken to the shop for an antifreeze leak and for stalling out. I asked them to find antifreeze leak and change fuel filter. When I got it to the ** park 35 mile away from shop. I called the shop and they brought me a new alternator. However I had to replace it myself and find the antifreeze leak. It was still leaking antifreeze so I replaced hose clamp. and it stopped. When I left ******* I was driving into ******* and the ** quit again. I managed to get it off the road and into an auto part store parking lot and replaced fuel filter that had been supposedly replaced the fuel filter was the one I put on it before my last trip. ** could not be taken back to the shop for repairs due to timeline and reservations. I do understand that parts can be faulty do to the fact that this is my every day job. However, when asked to fix something and it is not fixed or even been looked at and something else was replaced. When I returned call to shop no one answered.

My rv was towed into there business for repair. It stalled out and was leaking antifreeze.also I wanted the fuel filter replaced they contacted me and said they couldnt find anything leaking but it had the wrong alternator on it. I gave them the ok to change. I picked up rv and was driving to the campground and noticed the battery light was on. I made it to the campground.Ilooked under the vehicle and found a broken radiator hose clamp and repaired myself. They brought me another alternator and I replaced myself. I then headed to ******* and 5 1/2 hours in the rv quit again. I managed to get it to an auto parts store and replaced the fuel filter that they supposedly replaced. So to sum it up I paid 936 dollars to fix my rv myself. The alternator was probably 200 dollars and maybe a 100 dollar delivery fee but 936 dollars is unfair

I gave them the ok to change. I picked up rv and was driving to the campground and noticed the battery light was on. I made it to the campground.Ilooked under the vehicle and found a broken radiator hose clamp and repaired myself. They brought me another alternator and I replaced myself (DUE TO THE **** HE DID NOT BRING IT BACK TO LET US PUT THE **** ON). I then headed to ******* and 5 1/2 hours in the rv quit again. I managed to get it to an auto parts store and replaced the fuel filter that they supposedly replaced. (**** FILTER WAS REPLACED, BUT AFTER DRIVING 5 1.2 HOURS THAT TELLS US, HE HAD BAD GAS OR THE **** HAD DEBRIS IN IT SO YES A **** FILTER WOULD GET CLOGGED AGAIN) So to sum it up I paid 936 dollars to fix my rv myself. The alternator was probably 200 ($261.54) dollars and maybe a 100 (WE DIDNT CHARGE FOR A 87 MILE R/T DELVERY) dollar delivery fee but 936 dollars is unfairWalts Brake ( **** FILTER WAS $16.93, SERPENTINE BELT WAS $108.80 AND THE LABOR WAS 2.5 HOURS, $424.88.  UNFORTUNALTY WE DO NOT MAKE THE PARTS AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT DEFECTED PARTS EXCEPT WARRENTY THEM OUT WHICH WE DID.  ***************** TRYED TO DISPUTE THIS VIA HIS CREDIT CARD AND LOST NOW HE IS TRYING THIS AVENUE FOR FURTHER BAD MOUTH OUR BUSINESS.  WE STAND BEHIND OUR BILLING.  WE WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN HAPPY TO PUT THE WARRENTY PART ON BUT HE CHOSE TO DO IT HIMSELF.  AND WHEN WE CALLED TO FOLLOW UP HE SAID ALL WAS GOOD.  YOU HAVE TO GIVE A BUSINESS THE CHANGE TO CORRECT SOMETHING NOT JUST START DISPUTING THE CHARGE AND SUCH.  AS FOR THE **** FILTER WE SUGGEST HE DROPS THE **** AND CLEAN OUT THE ****.
