Caliber Car Wash has failed to respond to damage received by their air fresheners that they complimentary hand out. In April of 2024 I placed one of the air fresheners in my vehicle to find out it was burning the plastic on my shift console. Over $200 in damage occurred to replace the plastic housing. More importantly, what if the whole car caught fire?Initial Complaint

We were unable to cancel our membership. They would not give us a confirmation number and continued to charge us. We tried 2 times in store and 2 times on line. Weve called the store numerous times. They wont respond. There is no phone number for the corporate office in ******* on the website. I think they have very deceptive business practices. This is regarding the Caliber Car Was in ********************* on ************. My husband took my BRAND NEW CAR to this car wash for a quick wash. As soon as the car came out we saw damage to the bumper. It seemed to have been caused by debris on their brushes inside the machine. We immediately filed for a claim. As I said, my car was fresh off the lot then with few miles on it. We never received any response. After many emails, we were told that our claim was denied because of "road chips". It wasn't road chips. It happened in their machine. Days before my car got damaged there, the same machine chewed someone's tires. All 4 of them and Caliber Car was refused to make it right. That person had to sit in their parking lot for over 24 hours until they git tired if the bad attention and the police being called and replaced her tires. This company knows that their machine is destroying people's car and refuse to make it right. I need to get my bumper fixed that they destroyed.Initial Complaint

I went through the car wash everything is documented. I have *** trying to cancel but they keep charging my card. Email after email with no actual people calling me back. I washed my truck the first time in November. Canceled same day and still getting charged.Initial Complaint

I cancelled my Caliber Carwash membership last month. They charged my account $32.10 again this month. According to my credit card company these charges are manually enter to the billing system and cannot be cancelled by them.Initial Complaint

I signed up for the monthly wash program to billed $32.10 monthly. The first month I was charged correctly (*****). Every month since (6 months) I have been billed $32.10 on the 20th of each month then billed $36.38 on the 10th of each month. I went to the location they stated they could not fix it that corporate would need to fix it and provided a email address. Sent email never received a response. Asked the location for a phone number they would not provide. Went to their website have sent 5 requests to be contacted through their process no one has contacted. There is no way that I see possible to contact anyone other than the local location and they provide zero assistance. Horrible customer service from this company. I would strongly discourage anyone from using their monthly billing program.Initial Complaint

I took my car to get it car washed and I hear a breaking sound, when the car wash finished I step out and see the top back light dangling and my left break light broken, I went inside and spoke to the guy at the front he looked at the cameras and saw it there how the machine broke it, he filled up a report and told me they will contact me, I go for the next weeks and he tells me there “the big bosses” are looking at the cameras still and will get back to me soon, weeks pass and nothing. I go to my Mazda dealership and told me to give me a written estimate to get all this fixed they do and I go back and give it to him and he said he will pass it along, I call a week later and he tells me they decided they won’t pay nothing.Initial Complaint

On July 10th 2022, I went to get car washed at caliber car wash, which I'm a membership holder. I proceeded to get truck washed. Your instructed by the employee to pull up to enter wash. I followed directions, which should be on camera, but to my finding the cameras wasn't working that day. I proceeded in wash but to my recollection I felt "man I'm really close to the car in front of me". So my truck is entering the wash as I stated I felt in my heart I'm ver close. As my truck is being washed, I'm bumping the red Honda in front of me the entire 2min wash. Once truck through the wash, I stopped to look at the front of my truck. It's dented in from bumping this young ladies car the entire time. I proceeded to her car, at this time she is vacuuming out her car. At this time I'm looking at the back of her car, which she had scratches where the paint has been removed due to the collision the entire wash prior too. I then ask the young woman, "did you feel me bumping you", she stated "yes I thought it was my tires". I told the woman, "no, that was e bumping you the entire time". Long story short I proceeded to the office to inform the manager on duty about what just occurred. He filed a report but I had to bring back my insurance card. I come back Tuesday, Carter did the report over etc. Me being a deputy he goes to tell me there not taking fault for the damage I front of truck. He also stated the cameras aren't working and that I will have to go through the young woman insurance. Not the protocol. I was at your establishment going through your car wash. He went into this excuse that maybe the lady in front of me had her car in reverse. Sir don't play on my intelligence. The issue was that I was loaded in to close to the customer in front of me. Carter the states " I come to a conclusion that she was at fault and reverse the car". So you have to get in touch with her. How crazy does that sound sir. The first issue is the cameras not working. My truck needs to be fixed.Initial Complaint

We signed up for the top car wash in a few weeks back and a few days later the car wash stopped 3 of the services of the car wash because of "repairs" that were started. The car wash had a huge motor and 2 pumps (identified by employee) laying in the grass. The car was did not provide tire clean, tire shine or the wax that was advertised and offered at the car wash under the Caliber car wash.The female employee there said that they were aware that the parts did not work did not know when they would (quote). The female employee there said that she does not when or how long the how long those parts of the wash will be broken or when the repairs will be done but that I could contact the office and they will provide a refund or credit for a month. The female email took my information and said someone would call me. I followed up 2 or 3 times via email and calling the Inverness location. Around March 20th I stopped by the Caliber car wash and spoke with the male employee there who said he remembered me and took my information said he would look into it and call me back. April 11, I stopped by again and spoke to the same employee and he said he remembered me from before but said I had to email Human Resources now but would not and could not provide any more information. He would not provide a phone number, no contact name nothing.
