            5/4/2022 I paid One heck of a floor $1367.00 dollars to install 724 sqft of laminate and vinyl flooring in my home located at ******************************************************** They put flooring down that had chips . They used no floor leveler so now the flooring is buckling and separating. They didn't finish inside the closets or put transitioning strips in. Myself and Floor factory outlet ********************************************************** *************).have made sevral attempt's to resolve this issue. At this point I have to buy more flooring to replace what is bad and pay someone else to remove and replace the replacement flooring and to put down floor leveler.

            I WILL NOT RECOMMEND this business!! He installed our vinyl flooring with a one year installation warranty. After installation there were some problems with the trim around the base board. The installation was completed the end of September and I informed him early November about the problems. He was going out of town for a couple of weeks and with the holidays coming up we agreed to get in touch after the first of the year. I tried to contact him on January 17, 25, February 3 and 16 leaving a message each time. I finally received a call back on February 17. He offered to come that afternoon but we were unavailable. He stated that he had a long job in Mt. Dora and would get in touch with me February 28 or March 1. He never called so I called him on February 28 and March 7 leaving a message each time. As of March 23rd I still have not heard anything from him. He was highly recommended by Floor Factory Outlet in Ocala, Florida. I repeat I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIM to install any type of flooring.
