My business WLE Enterprises did a second order with this company (no problems the first time) I wired money for product being fabricated and shipped from overseas on Dec 19,2021. ($17,720) Jan 25,2022 email stated the production of our product was being started and would take about 20 days. On may 11, 2022 Lydia Siyufy emailed saying that the product was shipped but there was a lot of shipping congestion in ports and would take 17 days to ship she would be in touch when it arrived. Sept 25,2022 email we sent asking about status. Return email from Siyufy on Oct 3,2022 said there was a hurricane and she just got back she will follow up. We tried to contact her office on Oct 30, Nov 9 and Nov 23. She responded on Nov 23,2022 saying she had surgery and the wearhouse said there would be extra fees but that she had paid them a scheduled delivery for 3 weeks. Feb15,2023 emailed and no response, Mar 18,2023 emailed no response asking for shipment or refund, no response. Please help! We have not been able to conduct our business because we do not have her product (medical kit container) . Our filling products are almost out of date so we will have to purchase more but we can't without packaging.
