I reached out to BBB to get quotes from businesses to get vinyl siding on my home. I did receive a call from Custom Exteriors of Central Florida. He stated that he had to visit a customer prior to seeing me and said that he would call when he is on his way around 11:30. I understand sometimes things take a little longer than expected, so i waited until 1:45 PM. I gave him a call. It went to voicemail. It is now 2 hours later, still no call no show. It is pretty pathetic of a business to waste my time like this. The business should know that the person working for them is a (Excuse the phase) piss-poor representative. Perhaps they should look into getting a better representative.Business response

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; IT APPEARS THIS COMPLAINT WAS FROM WHERE I HAD ACCEPTED A BBB LEAD AND MY HUSBAND/OWNER CALLED *************** AND HAD SET UP A TIME TO MEET WITH HIM TO LOOK AT VINYL REPAIR WORK. WE HAD NOT PREVIOUSLY DONE ANY WORK FOR MR. **************************** FOR SOME REASON UNKNOWN TO ME (AND MY HUSBAND DOES NOT REMEMBER, BECAUSE THIS COMPLAINT WAS FROM VERY EARLY JANUARY 2024. ) MY HUSBAND WAS LATE , AND DID NOT CALL TO TELL **************** HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE, AND THEN FOR SOME REASON MY HUSBAND DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL AT ALL. THIS IS VERY, VERY UNUSUAL AND I/WE ARE VERY SORRY THIS HAPPENED AND CAUSED THIS CONSUMER ANY PROBLEMS OR FRUSTRATIONS. AS YOU CAN SEE WE HAVE 0 COMPLAINTS AFTER ALL THESE YEARS, WE SINCERELY APOLOGIZE FOR THIS INCIDENT AND DO NOT PLAN FOR IT TO HAPPEN AGAIN.
