************************ and I need some sort of certificate saying that we attended tricks training and *** class. I need the records and dates of our training. So if you would please send me a certificates or receipts of attendance. All I have asked for is what we paid for and deserve! A certificate to be used as a receipt of attendance for novice tricks class as well as ***.I am not asking for a passing certificate just attendance! Please stop making it personal because I have no idea what I did to you. So Im asking for certificate of attendance! The *** test we took after the tricks class we should have passed and got accused of cheating and lying about it!I dont cheat and I sure as h*** dont lie! I get into enough trouble telling the truth! It doesnt matter what we did, you never had any intention on passing us on anything no matter how hard we worked and tried!.The way you treated us and the way you made us feel.I cried for 2 whole days and went into a very deep state of depression for weeks! So my husband got me a real service dog, German Shepherd. To try and help me get out of my depression. I was not giving up on Gypsy and switching dogs. Even though his intentions were good. After my last experience with training made me never want to go again!I had such full blown anxiety attacks going to class! That just isnt right!I am extending my hand to you because I hate the way I feel and am asking you to meet me halfway.I have more than explained myself! It made me feel very hopeless ?? with Gypsy and myself that it really hurt our relationship. So since we dont take classes anymore our relationship has bonded and she is maturing and I can take her anywhere and pass her off as a full blown service dog. I always leave on her vest in training and tell them the story of how she couldnt pass the test.So till she is mature enough to pass it she will remain in training to pass that test and get her certification the honest way!Business response

Good Afternoon
I do not offer a certificate for the *** class. The goal of the *** is for the students to pass the Canine Good Citizen Test done by the ********************* When they pass the test, they submit their paperwork and the *** issues a *** certificate.
I administered the *** Test on three different occasions. Upon failing the test a second time, ************* acknowledge in a test that her dog was unable to pass the test when tested but insisted that her dog could pass the test just not at the Pet Supermarket. So, as a courtesy, I arranged for a different evaluator and other people to help with the exam in a different location. Once again, ************* could not pass the "Out for the Walk" portion of the exam and was observed allowing her dog to jump on people as she walked up to the testing area (which would also constitute a failure).
The goal of the tricks class is to earn the Do More With Your Dog Novice Trick Title. Again, once the students have demonstrated 15 tricks, they submit their work to DMWYD. DMWYD issues the certificate. In general, unless it's a child, I do not offer certificates for participating in the Tricks class.
************* paid for both classes in cash and I am happy to provide her a receipt that she paid for the classes.
************* had not reached out to from July 2022 until Dec. 10th when she inquired about taking classes with another trainer that works for my company. Since she admits to "passing her dog off as a full blown service dog" I cannot have her participate in our owner trained, trainer assisted service animal program as that is a violation of both state and federal law.
************* has left me a 5 star review (attached) and asked to join my company's classes again on Dec. 10th (attached) it is only on January 6th that ************* began to ask about certificates.
Again, I am happy to provide ************* with a receipt showing she paid for these classes but I can provide nothing that says she completed the classes since she did not earn the *** or the Novice Trick Title, both of which are accredited through governing bodies that have their own criteria for pass or fail.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
********* you do deserve a 5 star for puppy class and obedience 1, I just think somewhere along the line it became personal. As a professional I should have been told its okay, different dogs mature and respond differently, dont worry about just keep coming to classes when you can until she matures enough to be able to pass the test. We should not have been made too feel like c*** and embarrassed!
I caught how you omitted the entire bottom art of paragraph. I am an owner handler and Gypsys trainer. How could it be expected of me to have a trainer with me. Thats a private ******* Thats how I interpreted the law. Need to add that to the list. I dont have a problem with your company. I like your other trainers that I have been with. My problem is directly with you. I am a Empath and I feel your negativity towards us in which I become a mirror. I dont expect anyone to understand.
I do except resolution with a receipt of which classes and paid for with the dates of start to end of each class. Wash ****************** of it.It would make all your students feel better about their training if you did give so sort of certificate of attendance would give your students more of a feeling of accomplishment, till they can get their achievement instead of letting it hurt the dog and human bonding. Hope you have found my comment helpful and can use them to become an even better trainer. We are not all alike and be trained the same way dog as well as human.
Sincerely,
