      Husband and I purchased a new ***** XC60 in May 2024. We also purchased a Platinum Extended Warranty.The Jenkins ***** Subaru of ***** communications has a lot to be desired.The car we purchased came from ***** - it arrived the Monday not prepped as a new car should be (dirt collected in windshield that if the wipers were activated would scratch the windshield). In addition there was a tear in the leather seat as well as overspray leaving white specs on the exterior of the car. We were told to come back the following Monday. We arrived and waited close to an hour to find out the part should have been ordered (seat) and we would need to leave the car for the overspray. We came back the following Monday as requested. Seat repaired, but the overspray was still apparent. ***** came out and noticed it saying service would call. That never happened. We ended up spending over an hour detailing the car that should have been done by Jenkins as stated by your service mgr. Now, I have tried unsuccessfully, to reach the finance department to request a detail of our extended warranty. Sent email and left message. No one in that department allows for VM. This particular dealership seems to lack customer communication and follow up. We purchased along the same time at ****** and they have been exemplary. I see why there is a one star rating.

      Takes several visits for them to fix problems. Sit waiting for several hours with nothing being done. Even for an Oil Change takes several hours. When Call Hyundai ***, they say , I should be contacted in 2 business days. takes them over a week. When they finally return the call they talk down to you, with a I do not care attitude. When I pointed out the general manager he wanted me to do him a favor. A one star review is more than what they deserve at this point. I even brought dash cam footage of the problem and they still could not figure it out. One of the times I brought my vehicle in and left it for several days the dash cam Micro SD card was re-formated. I have been patient for over 2yrs. done being patient.

      I took my truck in for service because I was smelling coolant. The dealership stated that they would perform a diagnostic and get back with me in a day or so. A few days later I received a phone call stating that a diagnostic was performed and determined it was a hose that goes to the transmission would need to be replaced and the total price would be $742 out the door for everything. I gave them the approval to fix the vehicle. A few hours later I received a phone call from my service rep letting me know that after they replaced the hose they noticed two more hoses that needed to be replaced and now the cost would be $1200. I inquired as to why that was discovered during the initial diagnosis. Ok, they proceeded to replace those hoses and the next day I received another phone call from my service technician stating that now the problem seems to be the thermostat that needs to be replaced and another additional cost. The problem that I have is why should we have to pay all of these additional fees for a mistake on your technicians part. This is not how you conduct business. Now, remind you this is the same dealership replaced my engine nine months ago and never made me aware that the hoses were in bad condition. To be fair, I should only be required to pay the first cost of what I was quoted, if a diagnostic was performed. Now, the question remains- did they really perform a diagnostic or was someone playing the guessing game. This is not how you do business with someone that has longevity with your business. This is not fair! I have never once received a phone call from the manager I only received a phone call from **** and he has been very nice during this whole ordeal. But, its only so much he can do. I would like for this matter to be handled and resolved in the best way possible. Think, how would you feel if this happened to you?

      Classic ***************** cars prices on line very different than on the car lot. Web site shows 2020 Soul @ $18,997 / on the lot it's $25,997 same vin# on line & on lot ! Jenkins Auto Group/ Jenkins KIA ************** **.

      Long story and history with this Dealership. So far I'm dealing with 2 CarFax Fraud issues with ********************** both on the same car A 2018 Z07. First they Remitted telling me when I asked for the Information that there was 2 accidents on the car telling me there was only 1 on the door which I thought was just a paint chip repair. To later find out it was in a Front end accident as they scurried my trades away to auction. Thought I bought the car under ************* ***** but turns out it was **********************. Tried to salvage the badly damaged supercar being I was stuck with it and purchased the parts through GM sent to ********************** unfortunately. They used the parts bought as indicated by GM corporation in a previous BBB to put a 3rd unknown Stike against the cars history. Traded it in at their **** in ************* for a Falsely advertised Truck which I has a butchered lift installed by this dealer. Thought by buying a new vehicle I would have avoided the problems of guessing if I was being lied too. But where there's a will there is a way with Don ********************** whom I've talked to and his so called Lawyer ****. They stole value off the trade with a false Carfax report on a car that I was fixing to recoup value. P.S.A don't buy parts here if they have your VIN and don't like what you say about them. They damaged the new truck by **** jobbing the brake lines left crucial parts off for the suspension put shocks in upside-down had the speedometer 10 percent off making it go faster than known just to name a few. Generally making it a deathtrap for everyone on the road. It was laid up for over 2 months for parts and repairs out of my own pocket costing 10s of thousands. They cut off communication like petulant children when I didn't except Don ********************** offer which wouldn't cover half of what is now owed on repairs plus the suffering they put this Disabled Veterans family through. They marked the Truck up 20 grand for his ********************** Appearance Package. Do yourself a Favor Go someplace else.

      I went online at ****************************************** group) and looked at the window sticker of a car I was interested in. I also did a trade in value of my car. my trade in was ******, I was contacted by the internet manager who set up an appointment with a salesman.I went to the dealership and noticed all their cars have dealer add ons costing about $4500, This was not reflected on the window sticker online. I was also told my trade would be $20,000.This dealer is using deceptive business practices to lure the buyer in.

      I purchased a 2023 Corvette a few months back and they did a" bait and switch" . They told me the car was one of their "certified" vehicles and ergo came with a 48 month warranty. Big sign in the window. When I closed at finance after some bargaining the 48 months were gone. Stupid me agreed to the deal. This was a car I waited three years to find. I added several extended things; service package, tire warranty and extended to 60 months. I was told I had 60 days to recant. At the end of August I backed off on the tire package as well as the service "deal" ( a total rip off) . Still waiting for my refund!!! I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND! It's mid-October. I filed in the allotted time. Tried the service department, and they don't have a clue. I had two issues with the new Vette which they could have resolved by phone, but I wasted a day by bringing the car in. They have NO service van to pick up and drop you off. I will not be bringing the car there for service. I understand that even the local Corvette club will not do business with them.

      buy 2019 chevy silverado on 4/15/23 had 9.000 mile on it transmission problems from day one and still not fix ** not help jenkins chevy of venice 50..000 for a truck this is what up get from dealship ...the bad part im a business owner of automotive shop ...the next step is florida attorney general

      Terrible Dealership! I dropped off my 2013 Kia Rio on 29 June 2023 for an oil change and multi-point inspection. On 30 June 2023 I called to see if it was ready to be picked up. I was told yes so we went to pay & pick it up. When i got there they didn't have a service ticket. We sat and waited about 15 minutes. Service department rep. finally came and said the service Manager would like to talk to us. We went back and were told they attempted to update the anti-theft but it failed and now the lights, horn, wipers, blinkers and windows are not working. I told the service Manager the vehicle is needed for a move to Connecticut on 9 July 2023 and won't be returning and was told it should only take a few days to get it rectified. Never heard anything from until we called them on 6 July 2023 for an update. The service Manager said they hadn't solved the problem. We asked that he keep us updated via text, email or phone. Nothing again until we pestered them enough that the service Manager called us on 13 July 2023 stating they will have to order a new computer part and should have it in 1-2 weeks and the car will be fixed. On 17 July 2023 the service Manager texts us stating the part is backordered and won't be arriving until about 23 August 2023. Unbelievable! It's almost a month without our car, cancelled plane flight from CT to FL and another ticket from FL to CT (daughter moved to CT). Now we are trying to have them provide a loaner car and going through the same feet dragging/no response from Kia. Please do not ever go to Jenkins Kia in Gainesville, FL for anything; used car, new car, service on your car, cup of coffee, anything! We will continue to discourage all people from going here and will continue to seek reparations, up to and including civil action. I will also post negative comments on all available social media and contact TV, radio and newspapers to spread the word on this awful dealership.

      Mr. ****** did come in for oil change and MPI on June 30th.  When we went through the write up process, the vehicle had 2 recalls.  #1 ***** APPLICATION OF ADDITIONAL ANTI-CORROSION MATERIAL
      #2 ******* CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: ANTI-THEFT S/W LOGIC UPGRADE & DECAL INSTALLATION (CS2307) which upon doing this computer update, the control module of the vehicle ‘crashed’ It is unfortunate and takes time to repair.  We contacted Kia in trying to get Mr. ******* car repaired and back to good working order.  Unfortunately, at this time the module cannot be reprogrammed.  Had to order the module and it is on national backorder.

      Our CRM has been in contact with the customer via email and has arranged for them to pick up a loaner on Thursday afternoon.

      As an ASE instructor, ASE master mechanic (gas and diesel), ASE gas and diesel machinist, AC Delco, Ford, Chrysler Certified. Automotive sales and repair have always been a sleezy business. Don Jenkins and the Jenkins Auto Group take sleezy to a al new level. The Shirley, Shirley, Sherly commercials are proof. If you see it on TV, it must be **. Relaxium Sleep, Balance of Nature, etc.
