My wife ***** ******** bought a washer dryer combo from Jeff at Value Appliance and More and paid for a extended warranty. This was purchased for her mother ************** so she wouldn't have to worry about it if something happened, since she is in Ocala and we live in Jacksonville. It was crazy getting the machine delivered, Jeff kept lying about when he would deliver it and making excuses but finally did . After about 2 weeks the machine started leaking so***** calls Jeff and Jeff says he will come look at it but never does and this goes on for about 3 weeks with***** and me and my wife calling Jeff. He would say he was going to look at after arguing with him about it but never shows up. It got to where he was ignoring our calls or say something like whatever and hang up! After about a month we made a trip down there so I could look at it the machine and try to fix it. I pulled the front cover and was disgusted at how rusty it was, obvious long time leak, pics attached.
