Picked out color options for counter tops and floors. All the information was written down in the presence of the sales person Mike. Mike was new and asked his manager Ed what the floor coloring was called as it only says L150. Ed responded with its called ******** which wasn't the case. Mike clearly put in the color choices incorrectly because the floors and countertops are the wrong color. He takes no responsibility for his mistake. When asked where the original paperwork is he states he doesn't have it. How did he know what color options to put when he lost the paperwork. I have a document signed by myself and the Manager Ed that the final options were done on 11/27. Somehow they had a newer document that was signed on 12/14 during closing. Where are the other 2 pages of the 11/27 document? Also listed on the final I approved it says (barnwood)see attached document. Since that was what the manager Ed told him the floor was called. During closing I was not told to overlook any final documents that everything just had to do with the mortgage since the final document for colors was signed on 11/27. We also wanted a light removed and have emails with mike saying yes the light will be removed. Yet when the home arrived the light is still there. They didn't do one thing we wanted. Ocala custom homes refuses to take accountability for their mistake. We want our correct floor and countertops put in, the light we can deal with. I paid 2200$ to upgrade the floors to all viynl. Now we have floors we hate.

We bought a home 3 years ago. We have had quit a few issues. The biggest problem is we have a hole in our floor and they say its our problem a 3 year old home with a hole in the floor. They told us to call the manufacturer. They dont care because the time limit is up within a year! We upgraded everything we could when we bought our home through the company and the quality of work in our home is awful. Im just warning people ********************* find a different place to buy a home a home shouldnt break down in three years. We have cracks in the ceiling. Our door doesnt shut right we told them about the door right away. They did not care! they try to pass it off to the manufacturer and the manufacturer doesnt carry either. I just wanna send out buyer beware I do expect upgrades within 10 years not three years and Ive seen abandoned homes with no holes in the floor and we have one and its three years old.

*****************,Your home is a Franklin ***** Considered one of the best built homes on the market and based off the glowing reviews you formally left on ****** and have since edited, that was apparent. Your home came with a one year warranty as does for example, a million dollar site built home. Your comment about your expectation of a 10 year warranty is silly and there isn't a mfr. nor ANY BUILDER that would offer that. It's unreasonable and anyone reading this would agree. A hole in the floor(3YEARS AFTER INSTALLATION) can only happen if the floor got wet by no fault of ours and became soft or was physically made in the floor by a large object. Myself nor the manufacturer could have possibly done this, especially after 3 years! The cracks your experiencing as well as doors out of alignment are from YOUR GROUNDS instability hence, has caused a leveling issue. How can anyone but you be responsible for what's going on under the surface of the ground? We don't have a crystal **** to determine what's under the surface. Settling, although uncommon, it does happen from time to time. I understand your upset, yet I find it ironic that your casting blame towards a party not responsible for either of your issues 3 years after the fact. A lot can happen in 3 years and I'd take responsibility if I felt it was an issue created by our company. I do however hope you are able to get this worked out and will gladly recommend a contractor to assist you with re-leveling your home and one that can look further into the hole in your floor so long as you cease with the ridiculous accusations and caustic behavior as well as think more reasonably and remove your false accusations and direct your blame elsewhere. Feel free to give us a call for assistance.
