I purchased a 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan from Mopeds and More on 6/21/2023. During the test drive the motorcycle stalled and all electrical shut down. It finally restarted and when we spoke to sales person he said it was just because motorcycle hadn't been run in awhile. We trusted him and proceeded to purchase the motorcycle. When I signed papers they had me sign all blank paperwork, the girl said it would take hours to fill out paperwork by hand so this is the way they do it to save time for the customer. I don't know what all I signed blank but it was 8-10 documents. On the way home 10 miles from the dealership the motorcycle shut down again completely. Stalled and all electrical went dead. I could not get it to start or the electrical to work. I called Mopeds and More and they came and picked up the bike. The next day they told me it was just a dead battery and they replaced it. The salesperson told me it was a battery terminal so I got 2 different stories right off the back. I told them a battery would not act like that it is an electrical short somewhere in the motorcycle. I told them If that's the case I do not feel safe driving the motorcycle and for them to just refund my money and keep the bike. That is when the owner Jarod advised me they have a "All Sales are Final" policy. He didn't care that the bike was not fixed properly or that I did not feel safe. I told him fine if that is the way he wants to run his business. They delivered the bike back to me and dumped in my drive way. After 4 or 5 days I finally decided to take it for a ride and see how it ran. During the 5 minute ride the left turn signal stayed on after I turned it on then turned it off. It just stayed on solid. The running lights did not work at all and the headlight would come on and then turn off and continue to do that. I feel totally unsafe on this motorcycle and the business will do nothing except try to shove it down my throat. I have a copy of the sales receipt unsig

Mr *********** purchased a USED motorcycle on 6/21/23, the text messages the customer provided tells most of the transaction

however, The most important part he left out was the fact that his son test drove the motorcycle not once but twice and told Mr *********** that "the bike felt good and was a good deal", at which time Mr *********** proceeded to sign all documents associated with the sale, paid with a credit card and debit card, signed for both purchases and left on the motorcycle

on his way home from the dealership the motorcycle shut off on him, he called us and the owner was going to send our delivery driver right then to pick up the motorcycle, but Mr *********** did not want us to come until the next day, our driver went and picked up the motorcycle, brought it back to the shop, our technician found the battery was bad, we replaced the battery and returned the motorcycle to Mr *********** that afternoon.  when our driver delivered the motorcycle, Mr *********** refused to sign the delivery slip which says he received the motorcycle back, and proceeded to tell the driver that he was going to sue us.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:  The vendor statement has a complete lie in it which illustrates how they do business they Lie.  The same day I bought the motorcycle not more than 5 miles on the way home with motorcycle the motorcycle broke down.  They came the same day to take the bike back to their shop and I heard nothing until the next day mid way through the day.  So it is proven they cannot tell the truth.  I noticed they didn't respond to them having me sign all blank paperwork???  Also one of the text messages I sent has the owner Jarod telling me the bike is 100%!!!!  Then when I got on the bike for the first time after they forced me to take it back the headlight and turn signal and running lights were not working properly.  There is a short in this bike and I will not put my life at risk riding it and they should have the same feeling when it comes to safety.  I am willing to pay a $500 restocking fee to the dealer to take the bike back.  I know I WILL LOSE THE TAXES AND REGISTRATION ALONG WITH THE $500 BUT I CANNOT RIDE THE MOTORCYCLE BECAUSE IT IS NOT SAFE.

      Sincerely,

      ******* ***********
