i hired this moving company to load a ***** for me they said it is a minimum of 4 hours for 400.00. They showed up 35 minutes late, left an hour and half early, and threw my stiff in the back of the*******, loaded it terrible, they put the little stuff in first, leaving all the important stuff for last, and didn't pack things on top of other things , everything on the floor, and my dresser sideways all the wood got broke , trim,. this place and this older man is very old, and told me he coulnt move some of my stuff, making me do it, one guy was in is 70's with a younger man, , i knew i had made a mistake but didn't what to do, they were there, and i was correct, my things did get broke, my tv's and furniture broke, they intimidated me , I had to go buy a tv, when i got to my knew house because both my tv's were broke, these people are scammers, no insurance, Robin lied to me, and told me they had insurance that is why I hired them, after she learned my things were all broke, no response, i contacted her when they left to tell her they left an hour and half early leaving lot of stuff for me to load, by myself, i have a neck and lumbar fusion from a car accident, These people are scary and intimidate people, when i called them to schedule i told them i would tip them well, if they did a good job, when they a got here, and loaded some of my stuff,, they left a lot of stuff for me to load, telling me when I asked the old man how come they were leaving an hour an half early he said , wel our ADD LIST THE MIN THATS ALL I CAN DO TODAY , Robin demanded I tip her too, not only do they not know what they are doing, the old man is clueless about loading a *****, horrible service, intimidation, very bad, destroyed all my stuff, cost me 550 for 90 minutes of horrible service, tppk me 9 hours to get my stuff loaded after they left, intimidation, I was afraid.Business response

The facts: Customer scheduled on 11.19.2021 for a move 12.1.2021. The night before we were scheduled to move her, at 7:12pm, she cancelled. She texted a message to me with the following content: "My real estate agent LIED to me. He did not give me a check for the sale of my house, so I need to cancel". I felt uncomfortable that she said she was lied to, since most realtors are not in the practice of doing so. Customer rehooked appointment for 9:30am on 12.4.2021. 12.4.2021 at 9:13am, the morning of the move, customer felt comfortable enough with our contact to text me. She texted me a message with the following content: "Hello, I have a small dolly. No large appliances are being moved, just furniture. Can you bring a hammer if you have one?" We arrived on time, 9:30am. My crew noted an unusual situation. The area which normally would have closed, taped, packed boxes had unclosed, untapped, and partially packed boxes. There were items strewn about. More disturbing was that the area was a total mess. It was covered with trash, and animal feces. It was chaotic and disturbing. We do not enter unclean, lthy and unhealthy homes. The crew called me and 1 advised them to leave. They stated the customer started crying and agreed to clean up the area. She only cleaned up part of the area. The area that she did not clean up, was too lthy for my guys to enter. Which is why the few items in that area were not packed. When the crew returned to the shop that evening they were nauseated and bitten up by eas or bugs. One employee lost a days wages due to sickness caused by the unsanitary condition of the customers home. When I left. I cleaned it again,. Also I have attached photos of my house. You can clearly see I would bever live in a house if filth. Never!!! I have a clean house, also if someone did have a dirty house, they should of left. That is no excuse to rob somey break their things they put my dresser and TV's in there r side. I opened the usual door , after inky driving the Tallahassee,. Seen my tv broken. My 42 inch was just thrown in top of everything and was shattered I ha e photos. These people are professional movers , they are thieves, and take advany of vulnerable people. Something very bad going on here. They know they most likely will get away with stealing. Because they asked me where I was moving and new it was out of state. After their victim realizes what they've di e they just did.ply do not return phone calls or, emails. That is true at closing I didn't get a check . I was told theywired my check to the new houde purchase,. I did get the balance five days later , I wasn't informed by my realtor of the way that closing company did things and was not aware of them not giving me my check.until five days later. That has nothing to do with these people stealing breaking ppl's things and then demanding extra large tips with intimidation. I was so afraid I cleaned up the house again. And left. I'm telling you there is somey very bad going in with these people. They are nothing more than thieves. I'm sorry but it's the truth please Google the address and see the house. I highly doubt it got dirty so fast. After it sold The first looker bought it. I had to be out quickly, a d it would not if became filthy in Texas weeks. I would never allow anyone to see me living in filth, and would of never listed it. HAD it dirty and filthy . Please reopen this . They broke my tv',s. On purpose after I realized something was wrong I started watching everything they did. I asked them not to load heave dressers the way they did. And the 79 year man. Told me he was a professional fir me not to worry. But he had no intention on fixed the stuff he loaded wrong complete nightmare. I pay d3500. Total too e things those two people broke the old man has no business in this business. He was horrible at loading firniy and lazy. They were up to no good and wanted out if there . Quickly. Please reopen this Sincerely *************
