I got my nails done on the 21st approximately 4-5 days ago one my nails broke going sideways across it was ok I was just going to go back and ask them to fix it. Then a day later another one broke again same way but this time it went all the way to the quick I couldnt do anything with my hand still cant it hurts so bad so I went into the nail shop today asking the owner can I have my money back because they hurt me. He told me no that it was my fault and hes not returning it.. I dont even work I literally picked up something and it broke the first one I didnt even feel that one I did because it hurt so bad. Lastly I have a compromise immune system and I get infections very easily I told him that he didnt care. I have pictures and my bank statement saying I got them done there.Initial Complaint

On Monday February 7th I went to nail boutique and spa for a pedicure. The tech. Cut almost half of my toe nail off. At the time of the incident I did not realize what had happened. I felt a sharp pain he looked at me but did not say anything. A few days latter I was having pain in my toe I then took a picture and noticed that the nail polish looked like a child had done . I called the shop and was told to come back. When I got there they said they had a 3 day policy but when we were texting back and forth nothing was said and we had agreed on a day for me to come in. So I went to the shop to be told that it was past the 3 day period that I did not know existed and when I texted the manager she never mentioned it and instructed me to come in. I would like a refund for the services due to the poor workmanship and the pain from cutting my toe nail half off.
