      We will never trust or believe anything this company or employees tell us ever again. No communication at all. Have called 9 times and they will not answer our calls but operator said will call back before 5pm. I called and talked to sales manager ******************* today at 11:15 am and he said he would call back in 1 hour. It is now 1:25 pm and no call. 4/15/24 talked to ***** and the warranty and gap insurance was canceled and we to receive $500 back. ***** sent all the info to finance manager. We called him and he told us he would expedite it because it usually takes 6-8 weeks to get refund check which will come to them.We call each week or 2 to check on it and no return calls. 7/9/2024 at 4:46 pm again called no answer. The exact amount of refund is $491.45 All this started 5/15/2024 I has been well over 6-8 weeks. I want all my money immediately and extra $100 for all the dishonesty, lies and my time with them. I am looking into other options to take against this company for everything they have put us through. I give them less than a 1 in review. They deserve a double 0

      In 12/22 I bought a car from Deluca Toyota. I thought I had a good experience until I learned otherwise. Before heading to finance, the sales manager ********************* asked me "What can we do for you to take this home" The price of the vehicle was $42,979. I told him to sell it to me for $42,000, he hesitated but then agreed. I look at my buyers order and it was still the original price.The Finance Manager, *********************, was going through the paperwork process and told me in order to get a lower interest rate with the bank, I needed to get the extended warranty. This is called tied selling and is illegal from what I understand. He sold me $2000 worth of extra product that I was taxed and paid interest on so he could make a commission. After I expressed my frustration on ****** reviews, a gentleman named *************************, an apparent Liaison for Toyota reached out trying to resolve the situation. Against my better judgment, I called and thought they would do right and try to find an amicable resolution. I was on the phone for an hour and this man said "What can we do to make this right?" I knew anything I said wouldn't happen. I threw some things out there and he said he would take it to his hire *** and get back to me in a day or 2. The worst part of it is, he never got back to me, it's been 2 weeks and not a word. He didn't even call to say, Hey look, unfortunately there is nothing I can do. I would've respected him just for doing that. I've emailed him twice and have heard absolutely nothing. I'll say, I didn't do my due diligence in research and reading everything I signed, as it was an overwhelmingly amount of information. But to take advantage of me (30 F), to make a buck is disgusting. The way this situation was handled is grossly wrong. Do not do business with these shady individuals. Be forewarned. *Deluca Toyota, DON'T RESPOND TO THIS REVIEW just to save face. What I will do my due diligence on, is making sure anyone I know, will not give you any business.

      The service center claimed that I had a pinhole leak near the sidewall of my tire. They advised that I needed to replace the entire tire. I usually check my tire pressure routinely and would have noticed the leak. I declined the repair and continued driving my vehicle. After about 150 miles of driving, I did not see any changes in my tire pressure. Nevertheless, I went to a large tire repair shop in ***** and explained to them what Deluca Toyota says that there is a leak in my front-passenger side tire. I was ready to purchase two new tires from them, but they had the honor and integrity to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my tires. Why is Deluca Toyota attempting to defraud customers?

      As ****** (our service manager) explained to you, we will be glad to show you the pinhole leak in your tire. We stand behind our technicians' findings.  We have been in business for 46 years and we treat customers with respect, and we do not. make false diagnoses.

      My husband made an appt for 9am yesterday 11/14/23 to teach him about the radio. He arrived at 8:55am and spoke to Byron ********. They took the car and did not return for 2 hrs. When he got the paperwork back I find they did a 19 point inspection. I was not told about the 19 point inspection nor did I ask for it, and no on came to tell him what they were doing for 2 hrs. I called to speak to the service manager about what had happened to him. As of the time of this note 11/15/23 10:03am he still has not called.

      Showed me the wrong car fax because they show car fax for all. The sales guy even told me it had no accidents. They gave and showed false information on my vehicle. This is very crooked. Sales Manger at the time was fist bumping someone I guess excited to get as much money off of me with a accident vehicle that it showed for me no accidents.Should be ashamed of themselves.

      We do not see where you purchased a vehicle from us. What's a good phone number for our GM to contact you at. We have a carfax in every pre owned vehicle, along with any info from when car was in our service department. We are a very transparent dealership, would love to get some more information from you.

      I have already reached out. That does not me my sales associate did not lie or show us the wrong one. Yall sold a damaged vehicle at higher price. And I have seen other comments of people going up there and was told a vehicle was not damaged but was. Please do not make any excuses. Also had old employees complain about this I ended up running in to them and happened to work for yall and yall did him wrong this is unacceptable. 2021 I bought from yall a 2019 toyota tacoma. **********. But only reach out to me by email **************************

      Let me leave premises following oil change with car leaking oil. Oil leaked all over my new house driveway and garage. First denied any responsibility. Send a boy with a spray bottle to my home. Didn't work. Blamed previous dealer who saw my car in NY. Sent me a video of discovery of incorrect oil used for car but they didn't advise me while working on car. Waited 3hrs for car. They called me 2 hrs after I left premises and towed my car back to dealership.. fixed oil situation but my new driveway has oil and not been treated

      I received a call from DeLuca Toyota saying my RAV4 2016 has a recall for the component that holds the battery in place. I was told it needs to be inspected and if faulty will need a new battery. I searched for recalls on my car included the VIN number and my car has no recalls. I suspect they were trying to sell me a battery.

      We received your comment on BBB and I wanted to reach out to you. Your 2016 Rav4 does have an open recall to check the battery size and installation. Toyota started sending out letters to customers with these vehicles informing them of the open recall. You should be receiving this letter soon. It looks like we contacted you before you received the letter from Toyota. This recall is no charge to you. If you'd like, you can contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331 to verify that your vehicle has an open recall.
