      They have had my car since January 15, 2022 with a blown motor and it was under recall. They attempted to give me my car back on March 15, 2022 and before I got it home about 60 miles away and they car blew up AGAIN!!! I have been passed around and spoke with everyone in the company...the communication has been horrible. I have been laughed at etc. I am being told that they are waiting on parts etc. It is now May 20 and no car.... I have made every payment and still no car.

      PRICE GOUGING - VERY DISHONEST TACTICS I remembered going to the dealership and feeling uncomfortable being herded like sheep in a small office to get my details even though we knew what we wanted. Then we were given the history of why Hyundai is the best. We were finally able to take a test drive. Never was able to get a firm price for some reason the sales person didn't know. However they were upfront about price gouging me 10k on the Palisade. When I asked why, they said because everyone else was doing it. In any scenario especially a pandemic, you should not be doing this. I checked back again to see if they had changed their tactics and received the pictured quote...+10K Market Availability Adjustment. And look at the other details..$400 all weather mats...I can get the best weather tech mats for under $200. Look at the First aid kit for $200 WOW...and the very best wheel locks you can find for under $100, not $200. We know who not to trust when unethical people like this take advantage of people like us. Congrats guys!! You made a few more hundred thousand dollars this year. Was it worth your reputation? When there is an opportunity, these guys will be the first in line to cheat the good people of Jacksonville!! BTW folks, you can pre-order this Hyundai from any dealer in the nation and have it delivered for a very reasonable price...AT MSRP....these guys don't want you to hear this but it's true.       We purchased a 2022 Kia Shortage on Sept 9, 2021 and were not given our paperwork before we left the dealership. After repeated calls, we received the papers in the mail approx. 2 weeks later. We found that someone had forged our signatures and initials on some of the papers and we were charged an additional $2800 for items we specifically said we did not want. The extra charge has been credited to our account, however there is no excuse for forging signatures and initials

      Even though I believe I received a good deal on a new Santa Fe, the inexperienced buyer needs to be aware of the so called "dealer installed options". It is the oldest sales trick in the book. They tried the same tactic on me and I would not have anything to do with it. Do your research on how much other pay for the same vehicle and how much your vehicle is worth when you trade it in. Even though the dealer will make their money in the end, don't let them make too much money by selling you something as an add on to your purchase that you did not ask for. Stick to your guns and make them deal with that online price and the price others pay through places like True Car, Kelley Blue Book before you commit to their sales tricks.
