      Dirty car, terrible customer service.My wife and I were very disappointed with the buying experience and how we were treated afterwards.After telling our salesperson what type of car we were looking for and what price range, he located a 2020 Mazda CX-5. Over the phone, he said there would be no problem getting us a payment of $367/month $0 down, but when we sat down at the dealership to look at numbers, the lowest price he showed us was $420/month $1,000 down. After repeatedly explaining how unprofessional and frustrating it was that he bait and switched us, he was able to get the price down to the original number he quoted and admitted thats my bad. I f*cked up.We ended up purchasing the vehicle, but werent able to test drive it as it just recently came into the dealership. We were taken back into the service area and only were able to see it on a lift while it was inspected by the service team. We were told the vehicle would be ready in 2 days after being inspected and detailed.When we received the vehicle, the outside was clean, but the inside had numerous areas that hadnt been cleaned. We called the dealership and noted how dirty the inside was. They agreed to detail the vehicle again and offered a $50 **** gift card for our inconvenience.After bringing the vehicle in and waiting another 2 days, we were notified the vehicle was ready for pickup.The inside of the vehicle still had numerous stains on the roof, seats and headrests. Additionally, weve still yet to receive the gift card that we were promised.My wife and I have purchased vehicles from 6 dealerships and have never received a car in such poor condition, and received such negative customer service before.

      So I went to the dealership on 01/11/2023, I was told by Donavan that the 2015 Mercedes Cla 250 I was approved , I was told by several Managers. I was promised a gift card for $100 by the internet sales manager .After advising her that I would be filling a complaint . I was working with global Lending service and they told me my application was approved an all I needed to do was complete my down payment . The Sales Manager name was Nick. He told me that global lending denied me .When I spoke with Joseph the credit manager from Global lending .Jenkins Mazda told me global Lending really did deny the application . Which is a lie. My application was approved with 3K down , and Jenkins Mazda tried to Charge me 5k down so they can cover some of the loss. This the most unprofessional company, I've ever dealt with. They need to be closed down. Trying to steal from clients . Now I see why people go out of town because Jenkins Mazda is full of Racist pigs. And on 01/07/23 I was forced to apply for a loan on a 2020 Mercedes GLC 300 something I didn't want . They ran my credit without my permission .
